This was a follow up visit to shorten bars. As the first two visits, it was super friendly & hassle free. I highly recommend having a piercing at Piercer Charlie.

Class in service and products.

This is my second in line purchase of a piece of jewellery for a piercing. Service and products class, such I nice touch the lolly pop and the practical addition of the alcohol wipe. I rang for some advice and the guy I talked to could not have been more friendly and helpful. This is my go to place e now. Next time I’m getting a piecing I will be heading there.

Exceptional Service

Exceptional, professional service from all the girls, both me and my friend had piercings by two different piercers here and both of our experiences were great. They were so welcoming and friendly that any nerves instantly went. The studio was super clean too. Highly recommend.

Everyone was really helpful and explained all of my options for piercing well. Good aftercare instructions were provided, and I was given the price before I got my piercings.

Fantastic from start to finish

Charlie was so welcoming when we arrived, made my daughter feel so welcome and spent time explaining the options. She is only 7 so was nervous but he reassured her.
The ID checks were done carefully, which again was reassuring that safety is very important.
Irene who did the piercing was so welcoming, reassuring and very good at explaining the steps and also the aftercare.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Piercer Charlie’s to anyone who wants a piercing.

10/10 customer service and expert advice

I want to give a big shout out to Antonis, who despite being unable to examine my piercings in person, was able to give me spot on advice via email 🙌🏌 I was so worried that the piercings I was ordering would not fit properly or be the size I was looking for. Just by sending him photos of my piercings and telling him exactly what I wanted, my order was absolutely perfect 🀩 I’m so impressed by the advice I received and am delighted with my purchase. I will definitely be back for more 😏
