Team are friendly, our current "wine person" is Kelly who is friendly and happy to go through various questions as we have them. We've enjoyed the wines we've received, there are a few really special wines on their books that we keep going back to!

Have been a member for many years.
Now my wife and I are retired and "ancient" we drink less but very often Pieroth wines.
The initial home wine tasting enabled us to order only wines we liked then, and the number of different wines is quite considerable.
Because we now drink far less, our orders are less frequent there is really no need to contact us so often!

We have been purchasing wine from Pieroth for many years. Jay, our advisor, knows our taste and always offers wine to our liking. Miss seeing him personally but happy to buy over the phone.

I have been a customer with Pieroth for many years but we have a new account manager, Jay Tank and he has gone above and beyond to help us source particular favourites and repeat orders. He is always helpful and the service from him and the company have been great.
Looks like we will be customers for many years to come.

Jay has been excellent in every respect. He has an easy manner, he is never 'pushy'. His wine knowledge is first class as is his advice on selection. I have enjoyed all of his recommendations.

I was introduced to Pieroth Wines by a friend who hosted a wine tasting. I was impressed by the selection of wines, the knowledge of our guest host Jay Taak and generally the fun we had. I also discovered a lovely wine which to this day I order through Jay.

My salesman is Will Hambly and has been for 8+ years. He is excellent with great personality, and aided by Pieroth wines who have a great selection of white and red which is what I like. All in All a great experience.

The Pieroth representative in our area is always courteous & makes a careful note of our favourite wines which arrive promptly when we place an order.

As a long-standing customer of Pieroth we have never had any issues with the service provided by Giles and the wines recommended have always been top notch.

Pieroth, through their Account Manager Jay Taak, have stretched my old boundaries of wines and introduced me to a variety of excellent wines from around the World.
The range of new wines selected for me have obviously been chosen as a result of past orders - Jay has a good 'touch' for something I may like - and I am now buying wines from other European States (I have been firmly wedded to French wines in the past and still am) in both Red and White varieties.
The chance to try something different whilst also being able to buy wines I have enjoyed in reasonable quantities without having to go out and find something that, at the end, I may not like, is great.
A case in point is the case of White wine I have just ordered when White wines were something that, in the past, I didn't usually try.
I will be continuing to try more wines from Jay and Pieroth in the future.

Giles always phones me with deals I have been a customer for about a year now, l just love the wines, and the service that l get delivered to my door the wines are lovely and look forward to receiving them.

We have been buying wine from Pieroth for about 25 years. The wines are not those you can buy from the supermarket and range across all countries. However, the biggest benefit is the very personal service you get from their wine adviser. Ours is who Jay, who is very personable, knows exactly what we like and successfully introduces us to new wines that he knows we will enjoy. Overall service is excellent and delivery is always scheduled for a time that suits.

Pieroth have offered us some fantastic wines for over 20 years and we have enjoyed many lovely wine tasting sessions with our Rep Jay, some fantastic venues like Marwell Zoo. Our absolute favourite has to the Chevalier De Bayard red. we have never found anything that matches its consistancy

A varied selection of wines at affordable prices. Our current contact at Peiroth is Giles Lewis. He contacts us on a regular basis with a selection of wines which suit our taste. There is no pressure to purchase wines but you may make a varied selection at a price that suits you.

After a recommendation from a friend, we tried a wine tasting evening with Jackie. Such a great experience and a fun evening learning about new wines and exploring new tastes. We all found Jackie to be really informative and so helpful, and really great customer service both before and after the evening.
Jackie has also helped steer me towards wine to more of my taste and I can’t wait to try her recommendations. It’s such a pleasure to deal with a company who has such passion for their product and offer such a high level of service. I’m sure I will continue to benefit from this for a long time!
