Hi took awhile to get here ,as it was a xmas present, but my son loved it so thank u

I had ordered these before during Covid and loved them, so when I saw the offer I had to order some more. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they took a while to come but this wasn’t a major problem since I had ordered them for myself.

Lovely only one photo wasn't positioned very well cut the heads off others were ok

Lovely little photo magnets. Great introductory price. Already pride of place on fridge and washing machine.

Prints cut wrong. The photos where cut in half.

Yet again love them! 3rd order for me! I love these magnet photos Building up a lovely collection on my fridge Only thing is I put them all nice Grandkids come along and change them all Their a great price Will be ordering again this week

I try to contact them because the parcel was sent back to them.
No one awnser in my email what happened with my parcel. This is very bad .I lost my money.

Time and time again the quality and consistency of the photos are incredible.

Absolutely rubbish.
They ask you to crop the photo for the canvas, then totally ignore it and cut the faces out of the canvas.
Then don't reply to anything.
Had to bin it.

Order received has MISSING ITEMS (!!)

I have only received the canvas print. Was my fridge magnets already sent at all?? I will gift it this christmas. I have ordered it 6 Dec 2024 so it has been more than a week now.

It is now an urgent order for me. Please can someone pick up on this??? I need it before 19 Dec pls as a gift to my family.

I have emailed PIKSMILE UK no response but surprisingly PIKSMILE US was more responsive, but to not much help.

I have not received my fridge magnets yet and those were the more family photos :(

Absolutely appalling customer service
I placed an order but omitted to upload photos (my error) Immediately contacted company & received an email stating they would get back to me within 3 working day. THEY DIDN’T
I then got an email stating the order had been shipped so I again emailed & sent message via Messenger Business Chat The message still hasn’t even been read let along acted on
Today I received the magnets (3 packs) & as expected they were totally blank
PikSmile were quick enough to take my money but then totally ignore me
