So far, my shipping experience with Pillow Haven has been great! I received a shipping notification and tracking information, and my order is now on its way. Everything has been smooth and easy so far, and I’m excited to receive my pillow and try it out!

I can solve all my fatigue with a single sleep. I really love your pillow. My neck pains have seriously decreased.

It all worked out very well. I was excited waiting for it to arrive, and have now used it for a few days and all seems great so far. My neck and head no longer as stiff and sore the next day.

I love it, however, it's smaller than I anticipated. The thicker one would have been a better option for me, but I don't think that information was relayed when I bought it. I bought two, one for myself and one for my husband. My husband does not like it. I love it. I especially love the place where your arms rest. The thicker one would probably support my neck a little better than this one, but overall, it's a great pillow.

It took awhile for the pillow to be shipped out, which I thought was odd considering this is not a custom order. I also have not recieved the order yet, so it's tough to leave a practical review.

I ordered one for my daughter’s boyfriend and they both loved it so much that I immediately ordered her one which she should get soon!! They said it makes a huge difference!

At the point of ordering, I thought I was dealing with a US company but it became very clear from the tracking, that the product was coming from China. Delivery took around 14 days. When it finally arrived, it was poorly wrapped in two bags. The outer bag was torn in places. That said, it didn't cause any contamination to the pillow which was rolled up tightly in another very dusty plastic bag. Once opened, the pillow appeared to be quite flat (not like the height on the website); and with little support. After allowing it to settle, I had hoped it would have expanded more. On the first night of using the pillow, the expected firmness wasn't evident; and I found the pillow very soft and uncomfortable. I felt as though the pillow barely raised my head above the mattress. Further nights of using it appeared to make my snoring worse, so much so, I moved into another bedroom for a few nights to trial it further. 

After being contacted by Pillow Haven for a review, I responded with an honest appraisal.  They very quickly responded back to me and suggested I should use it continuously for up to 2 weeks to appreciate the benefits. I expressed to them, that I found the pillow very uncomfortable and too flat. It didn't cradle my head and there was little support, with no improvement whatsoever in my snoring. In fact, my husband said it made my snoring worse. 

This is when the offers from Pillow Haven started and they clearly were not prepared to refund me. First time they offered me 50% In Store Credit to spend on any product within their range. I expressed several times that I didn't want to purchase anything else, however they persisted with further increased In Store Credits of 75%, 100% and finally 125%. 

My other option was to return the pillow at my cost or obtain a return label which would ultimately cost me $25 USD deduction from my final refund.

Their other final offer was 30% refund into my bank with no return. I reluctantly opted for the 30% refund because I was finding the constant offers to appease the situation too much to cope with. I finally got my refund of £13.50 yesterday, losing £31.50. 

My experience with this company has been the worst retail experience ever. Their marketing ploys are relentless. From my experience, the product is cheap, ineffective and not fit for purpose. 

During the many emails between myself and Pillow Haven, I was constantly bombarded with marketing emails on a daily basis, trying to sell pillows and other products!

Six months of using and loving the pillow every night! My only complaint is I need one that fits the whole bed, because every time a child climbs- they want my pillow!!

The bad review is not for the pillow on itself. It’s about the customer service.

I wanted to try the pillow as I have sleep apnea. After a couple weeks, it’s been clear to me that the pillow is not for me, as I’m more of a belly sleeper. That’s fine. It’s indicated on their website that they have a 100 nights satisfaction garanty, so I tried to return it.

Then the nightmare began. They first offered me 50% value in store credit without return my pillow. I politely said I was not interested, then asked about refund as their policy. Then, they offered 75%. Still not interested, asked again for refund. 100% as new offed, i just said look I’m absolutely not interested, I just want my money back. They replied with 125% store credit… not listening of what I wanted at all. I asked for the last time, and they offered me 30% in cash of my purchase, or that I paid 25$ USD for a label to bring it back (pillow was 80$ CAD)… its written in their policy that it’s free return. Total BS customer service and really not listening to their customers.

From the time I placed my order to being advised it was on its way it was the quickest I have seen in a long time. I am looking forward to getting my new pillow.

Always a pleasure dealing with Pillow Haven. This is my 3rd order and simply love these pillows and quick shipping. Since these pillows entered my life, I have been getting the best sleep ever.

I was a bit skeptical but decided to try the pillow. I had read comments about it being hard, and I have always preferred a soft pillow. I’ve been pleasantly surprised as I feel I’m actually getting a deeper sleep, which I hadn’t expected. My husband says I haven’t been snoring at all, even when I’m lying on my back. In the past I’ve tried to sleep on my side so as not to wake him but I think I get a better sleep on my back. Not sure if everyone will have this same experience, but I definitely have found it very helpful in allowing me a better sleep!
