We would like to clarify that your order was placed just before the Easter long weekend, during a period of exceptionally high demand following a major restock. As a small family business, we operate on business days only, and response and dispatch times can be impacted during public holidays.

That said, we have replied to your enquiry during the long weekend out of goodwill, even though this is outside of our normal business hours, as we are committed to helping our customers as quickly as possible.

Once dispatched, delivery via Royal Mail typically occurs within 48 hours :)

We aim to fill the Pillow Pod to an optimal level so it isn’t too tall and helps keep your body in alignment, but sometimes the filling does need a bit of extra settling, especially after being vacuum-sealed for shipping. If you feel it would help, we’d be more than happy to provide you with additional filling to help smooth out any uneven areas and get it feeling just right for you.

We’d like to note that your order was shipped promptly from our UK warehouse, and your colour change request was also processed quickly at the time of ordering.

We’re genuinely sorry that your Pillow Pod arrived defective. This is not the standard we aim for, and we completely understand how disappointing that would have been. Once you contacted us and provided photos, we were able to confirm the issue and promptly process a full refund within 24 hours of your request.

We’d also like to clarify that we do offer returns/refunds for genuinely defective products, as was the case here.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is not what we want for any customer.

Our Pillow Pods are vacuum sealed and shipped in compact packaging for transport, which can sometimes cause the filling to compress or shift in transit, particularly where the pillow is folded. We usually recommend unzipping the inner liner and fluffing and redistributing the filling by hand, as many customers see great results after doing this.

That said, we strive to offer consistent quality, and from what you’ve described, it sounds like your Pillow Pod may not have arrived up to the standard we aim for. Our Pillow Pods are designed to look and feel like those shown in our Instagram videos without any additional filling added.

Our Pillow Pods are designed with an inner zip so the filling level can be adjusted to suit individual needs, and we’re always happy to assist with additional filling if more support is required. We aim to fill our Pillow Pods to an optimal level so they provide support without becoming too tall, which can push the neck out of alignment for some sleepers.

That said, we understand that every body is different, and we’re sorry you didn’t have the positive experience that so many of our customers do.
