I am a three times returning customer of PAT, having previously used the platform for preparation for the BA Speedbird Pilot Academy in the past for which I'd advanced through all psychometric stages.

I can say hands down, PAT is the best suite I've used, and that is compared to multiple other recommended suites, when it comes to prep I've tried everything out there and it's important to have something as close to the main event as possible. PAT excels at this given how frequently the platform is updated. I got preparation that was not only very close to the real deal but even information on what skills I was building and how to go about improving these (the insights section was very useful).

What also really sets PAT apart for me is the way they approach the E-Learning and the Personality Test / Group Exercise simulators. Rather than just handing out the information of “this is the exercise”, the platform teaches what to do with the information and how to build the actual skill they're looking for. Meaning you don't go in ready for the classic "pick 10 items out of a crashed plane in the rainforest" but rather with an understanding of what is actually being graded and how you can use the information in front of you to do that.

I reckon best thing about them is that one subscription pays for every airline they have. It's not one package for BA and another for Jet2/Aer Lingus.

So on that basis, whilst I don't usually take time to write reviews this time I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is by far the best experience I have had with an airline prep platform. I have found PAT to have the most comprehensive ATPL theory content and very accurate psychometric tests. The Flight Test simulator is also a realistic representation of the ADAPT test, which is very useful too.

The entire customer care team is beyond helpful with questions or doubts that I have had, and they are very patient and informative.

Couldn't rate this higher - five stars is not enough!

Fantastic website that has really helped me prepare for my aptitude testing. The staff is really helpful and prompt, they answer responses and actively try to daily update the website so it is as up to date for your application process as possible! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing platform for practicing pilot aptitude testing. Variety of different tests to help with a range of airlines, cadet schemes and exams. The website is quickly updated with new tests and they are always open to feedback and questions.

I used PAT to help with a recent assessment. I am an experienced pilot and hadn’t undertaken any assessments for a while. I found this website very useful to get back into aptitude testing and would highly recommend for any experience level

PAT is a really great resource. I have used PilotAptitudeTest after having practiced with various other providers and have found this to be the best overall package. The tests are very well designed and are at a good level of difficulty. In particular, the training mode is really useful to help identify areas for improvement and is a great feature. I also really like the way that test data is presented as it helps to track progress and compare against other candidates. Teddy, and the rest of the team, are super responsive to any questions and queries and have been really supportive - you can tell that they are genuinely and actively invested in making the platform as useful as possible. I highly recommend trying it out, it is really great for improving on various airline tests.

I used PAT to prepare for different airline assessments and had a good experience overall with their service.

I contacted PAT with specific questions about an upcoming SmartWings assessment and even though they didn't know everything about the test format, they were honest about what they knew and tried hard to help. They did not just give me generic answers, which was a refreshing experience.

PAT suggested that they create the extra programs for my assessment but there was not enough time. But they still supported me and were open to my feedback about the real assessment and my experience of their programs. It was a rare attitude that I have not seen before and says a lot about how they treat candidates.

The parts of the website that I used are well-structured with the programs that I used being accurate to the Vienna Test System assessment.

If you are preparing for assessments and want people who actually care about helping you to succeed, PAT is a good choice.

An excellent resource. I used PilotAptitudeTest.com to prepare for Jet2 tests. The resource was excellent and representative of what was seen in the actual assessment. Highly recommended.

I used this software to practice for my RAF CBAT, which is a new addition to their range of tests offered. Having been unsuccessful in my last attempt, I believe that the professional and high-quality tests offered by this company enabled me to pass with a great margin this time around.

The tests are highly accurate compared to the real CBAT, clearly very well designed and offer detailed progress checking. In addition, their customer service, whether that be via email or WhatsApp, was second-to-none in response time and helpfulness - resolving any issues or questions I had.

In short, genuinely look no further than PilotAptitudeTest.com. I thank the team for enabling me to continue my application with the RAF and will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know in the industry.

Unfortunately my experience has not been as good as I expected.

The forum is empty with zero feedback reports.

Some psychometric tests are not similar to the real tests.

ATPL was also not accurate at all on my assessment day and Im constantly lost in the interface of the software.

Personally, I don’t recommend it!

First, attempting to discredit my review by claiming I’m “not a legitimate customer” and reporting it to Trustpilot speaks volumes about your approach to negative feedback. I paid for and used the platform (Trustpilot has my proof of payment), and my experience is valid whether or not I contacted support beforehand. A customer should not be required to open a support ticket before leaving an honest review.

Second, your response contains misleading statements. The “Crew Room” is not a meaningful community resource at this point, it was started in 2024 and contains roughly a handful of posts. Presenting it as an established engagement forum is simply not accurate and reinforces my original point that there is very limited user feedback available inside the platform.

Third, pointing to the size of your ATPL database or the number of activities does not address the core issue: accuracy and relevance to real assessments. Quantity does not equal quality. On my assessment day, the material did not match expectations, and the interface complexity made preparation more frustrating than helpful. That is my genuine experience.

Finally, suggesting my review is “not representative” because I didn’t contact you first comes across as dismissive. Reviews exist precisely so customers can share experiences, both positive and negative, publicly. The appropriate response would have been to acknowledge the feedback and consider improvements, not to question my legitimacy.

It also raises a fair question: is this the reason you have so many 5-star reviews, because only positive feedback is welcome, while negative experiences are challenged or reported?

The fact that significant effort was made to have this review removed only strengthens my concern about transparency. Future customers deserve to see a full range of experiences before deciding where to spend their money.

My review remains an honest reflection of my experience, and I stand by it.

PilotAptitudeTest allowed me to become familiar with the exam questions and to see my rank in comparison to other candidates which is very important for my progress. It is also very easy to navigate. In addition the team and specially Teddy was super approachable, kind, fast and helpful with any questions or inquiries that occurred. I would definitely recommend it to any aspiring pilot.

I discovered this website whilst looking for revision tools for my resit. The CBAT section of this website appears to be quite new, and I found a couple bugs whilst using these activities. However, engaging with their support lead me to one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had. I raised each bug that I found and within days they were not only removed, but the activities themselves had been substantially improved and were subsequently more challenging.

Clearly behind this website is a very talented and passionate team, who for me made it worth the money I spent.

A couple of quick-fire points that I found to be excellent. You can see areas where you are particularly weak and allow yourself to focus on those areas. You can tweak difficulties on certain activities to build a resilience. Training Mode allows you to see step-by-step methods of getting to the answers, which you can then apply to the real tests. Plus, there is a broad selection of other pilot aptitude testing that you have access to within the subscription that you can also find useful.

Awesome website and company! The preparation materials were almost bang-on compared to the real thing so practice helped me massively during the test.

I had a problem which was answered within 5 mins of hitting the "real-time support" button.

Then when I gave feedback, Teddy came right back to me answering some of my suggestions and was super helpful. Such great customer service.

By far the best website I’ve used for assessment preparations.

I had some issues with Capacity test which I thought it won’t be resolved but i was contacted by Teddy and he helped me straight away and sorted the problem out. Teddy has been extremely helpful and very supportive.

I've been using this software for three months to prepare for a bunch of different cadet schemes and flying school assessments. PAT is exceptional.

I originally bought a single month but then renewed at the reduced price. A nice touch.

The software is up-to-date, has explanations that go far deeper than anything else I've tried and overall it feels like it has been put together by people who know the industry well.

Support has been excellent. The guys genuinely seemed to want me to succeed. Thank you.

I applied for the EPST flight school, and this website helped me enormously in practicing the questions I received from EPST.
The questions matched almost one to one, so it is definitely worth practicing here!

Software gets 5 stars. First off, incredible support: any question I had was basically immediately answered.
Secondly, the software is very realistic!
I used it to train for the Vienna test and it cannot be overstated how much it helped me!

I have been using PAT to prepare for a First Officer position with several different airlines.
The platform is excellent and very easy to navigate. The support has always been attentive and the resources accurate and genuinely useful. Lots of great features that make preparation straightforward.

Having tried different types of preparation in the past, PAT has been the most helpful for my needs and the one I felt most confident sticking with.

Very glad I used it — I’m now through to the next stage with two assessments.

Pilot Aptitude Test has been brilliant. They reply quickly, keep everything up to date, and even create new practice games when new cadet schemes come out. Their support genuinely helped me, and I’m happy to say I was successful. Highly recommend.
