Vijay is energetic trainer/coach who has mastered various topics very well.He explains things in detail with real world use cases which any one can understand and implement also.

Clarity with respect to people's behavior and what r their categories and where r they coming from

Little helpful for today but all queries are not resolved .

The normal regular examples give by Bijay Sir were nice and everyone could connect as we do experience thos things.

Sir taught us about Interesting topics of different people's behavior around us and how to understand them.

Bijay is a enthusiastic,energetic mentor,very interactive class,explains with examples and gives small assignment which helps to think over the subject.

My experience was too good. 1st time I attended Binay Sir seminar it's very helpful to understand the people personality it's a kind of awareness to understand people deeply so we can understand their feelings n desires so it's very helpful to deal with people

Bijay Sir is an amazing mentor, he has practical solution to everyday problems. His knowledge about Human Behaviour helped me understand how to identify people's personality and modify responses accordingly. He helped me think dynamically.

Knowing about different personalities, their traits, patterns, and how to decode including ours.

Amazing session which made me think about my value system

Bijay is a super enthusiastic mentor/coach. His energy is inspiring. I went through the Personality types fundamentals training. It would help me cater contextually to different personalities.
He keeps his audience well engaged by asking for and sharing his immense experience and learnings gathered over the years. This prompts the audience to think and understand the subject in detail.
I would love to get coached by him further.

One of the good take away from this program is to know the different personalities behave different types because of their behaviour rooted like that from the long run and one's we understand them and know how to behave with them and understanding each other's personality can give a outstanding outputs to change ourselves and the perspective of eachother.

I was soo mesmerized by the learning that didn't even realize one hour and thirty minutes have passed by.

Surviving vs Thriving and Fear of Chaos were the key takeaways for me. Added them to my second brain.

Felt a bit of sadness when the session ended, really wanted the teaching to keep going for a few more hours.

1. Thriving is mandatory.2. Learning new technology every Quarter. 3. Leadership is key.

It was a great session learned a lot from the way the session was planned and the audience was involved it kept the tempo and made the session a valuable learning experience.
