The best thing that happen during lock down was to get associated with PIM Growth session. The coaching, guidance and support provided in PIM will not only help us to grow professionally but also personally. PIM is a one-stop solution for improving and mastering in the areas of relationship, personal growth, communication and leadership.

I was never interested in any books or personal development after my schooling and college days. Recently when I had faced some challenges in my college career I came across these sessions with the help of Hemant.
And rest is history. Since then I got growth in my career, have rarely missed any sessions on Saturdays as well as the book clubs. Most importantly I got so many books in my Kindle which I read and reading.

Also got my CIR done.

In short learning is fun with the help of the environment created by Bijay and Hemant.

The PIM is a great association, one should engage with. Personally, I am benefitting with the weekly Saturday sessions and have gained more clarity about myself. I have started giving direction to my activities and can align it with what I want to do.

This is the best place where I learnt about myself and how to change myself. The guidance from not only books but from real life experience and learnings from pim mentors is astonishing.
Apart from the above, the latest series on facing failures is the best where great tips are given on typical human mentality, real root cause of it and how to overcome.

I liked the flexible course content, it covered very important aspects like Leadership 101, story telling, asking questions, some sales. I also enjoyed the interactive and practical session to improve your communication. It is not only communication but overall growth as an individual.

Genuine!! Bijay has inate ability to explain most complex topic in easiest way possible by relating it with examples from your daily routine. My experience with PIM was extraordinary. One can find a coach, Mentor, Therapist and most importantly a true Friend in Bijay. Thanks Bijay and PIM for spreading your wisdom to the world.

I am associated with this Impacting Environment since 4 months. The insights that I am gaining are helping me to analyze each and every step I am taking. It's been so much of learning and growth that I am seeing as part of PIM. The mentors and their valuable deliverables are simply elegant. A worth investment for the one who have desire to grow.

I'm associated with PIM since more than a year. I joined because of curiousity and want to learn new things and then slowly I started liking these sessions and I started thinking about my goals and Dreams. I have gone through all the PIM session and understood our personalities which help me in personal and professional life.

I was in a kind of depression stage in my life in mid 2019 and that is when I bumped into PIM's YouTube channel and started following Bijay's webinars. From Aug/Sep 2019 till Jan/Feb 2020 I didn't miss even a single webinar of Bijay as his teachings started giving answers to my questions and I badly wanted to be part of Bijay's Mentorship. That's how I joined PIM through Kiran and since then it has been one amazing journey. I was able to come out of my depression, found my passion, able to convert passion into production and what not. I am blessed to be part of PIM and personally believe God answered my prayers 😇🙏

I am very thankful to god for connecting me to Bijay and Kiran, especially during my tough time. I was very badly looking for a mentor in my life, I believe that universe has heard my inner voice. Though initially when I was not regular to growth sessions, but gradually I started loving them . The efforts Bijay and team bring in adding value to people is tremendous . Not just one aspect to life but in all directions career, relations, parenting , personal growth etc., …it’s a one stopper for all needs of life . Though I had lot of goals but had not clarity or direction but I have met a right association and always consider this to be best thing happened to me . After joining PIM, I have observed a significant change in my thought process, behaviour and way of handling. I have learnt how to embrace mine weakness and work on my strength. I have also learnt how fear and failure were trapping me. Now I am working slowly to come out of the cycle.

PIM is one of the best thing which has happened to me in my professional life. Bijay is really amazing in accelerating growth of people like me. I really like concept of weekly interactive session, book reading club of PIM. Every week there is different learning. This has helped me to improve leadership, communication skills by understanding different personalities, interacting and getting work done. It's not only professionally but personally helpful as well. I can confidently say that, I have improved as a person in my professional life due to PIM.

Communication workshop is the first place where I started understanding it's my necessity to understand people's requirements if I want to be a leader and entrapranure.

Conviencing people was my biggest fear and I always used to avoid that, but now I have started to take initiatives and all thanks to PIM and communication workshop.

I am learning how to face my fears and overcome anxiety of following my passion.
E.g. recently I have this anxiety of public speaking of not being the best speaker. PIM coach Kiran is helping me to overcome it by his coach calls.

I have applied many learnings in my personal and professional life which is helping me to resolve conflicts and create better relationships.

PIM is the best for those who want to transform their life and want to be the people magnet.
