Do not waste your money!
I have had the jewellery less than a month and the gold is already going rusted looking. This is not something they advertise on their website but when the jewellery arrives there is a slip of paper that says don't wear it in the shower. Its cheap quality for medium prices. Id have been better off saving up for quality stuff. I bought 7 pieces of them so over 100 quid and it is such a waste. won't even last 6 months.
I give them credit in customer service skills. after 3 days 1 of the pieces broke and they did replace it. The gems fell out. Well, not gems have fallen out of another. Cheap quality

Love all pinch and fold products. I purchased the Asterisk cuff which is super cute!! I wear this cuffed onto my conch to make me look like i have more piercings. I have never not liked any of their products and have been recommending pinch and fold to my friends. The packaging sent is always so nicely done and has a personal hand written msg making you feel extra special. You can tell they really care about their customers i will continue to purchase off them. Oh and the bonus is very fast shipping!

My best friend recommended pinch and fold and shopping with them was everything I expected. They came so fast and the attention to detail simply blew me away. The jewellery is so delicate and pretty and I’ve been wearing them almost everyday since receiving them. Absolutely in love. Would highly recommend ❤️

I’ve had previous orders with this brand and a few others for my piercing needs. I recently rediscovered Pinch & Fold and learnt about their new luxe range. I immediately bought their Clover Piercing and Blitz Piercing. I have had them in my cartilage for over 2 months now and have had zero issues with it. The 18kt plating has not worn at all and the gems are as sparkly as day 1. I just made another order, for it’s price range I can really say the quality is the best I’ve seen.

Mia is also lovely to deal with and her bubbly personality always puts a smile on my face xx

I love Pinch and fold! This place has so many adorable pieces! i recently bought the gold blossom hoops and wear them pretty much every day. i paired them with a gold ear cuff and they are my go-to jewellery. They arrived within a few days in super cute packaging and in great condition. couldn't recommend these guys more - i would buy it all if i could! Saving up for more pieces to create a curated ear!

Received quickly and in beautiful packaging, but the quality of the gold plated items is horrible! Wore in my ear for less than one week and the gold has already discoloured / plating has rubbed off in areas. Had to take out due to an infection in my ear! They tried to suggest that the earring came into contact with lotions or perfume, which it did not. Waste of $50

I’ve recommended this site to all my besties since I got the arc piercing. I use it for my orbital piercing which can be super difficult to get in. But its so worth it as everyone has complimented me. My piercing is quite new and Ive been quite nervous to change it. (2 months) The piercing has not given me any irritation since Ive changed it!

I find it so hard to find small hoops to fit my lobes. Pinch & fold caters to small dainty ears and I’m so happy about it.

I just bought some huggie style hoops and they are extremely comfortable to sleep with. I have also worn them for a few months and the colour is still perfectly gold. They are so worth the price and I’ll be adding more to my collection shortly.

I am also over the moon with the small details of my name engraved on the jar! Absolutely made my day after a long day at work.

Have had my piercings for a long time and absolutely love how I can leave this in. I purchased their new sterling silver range and they don’t make my ears itch. I have purchased the gold version and it just goes so well with my huggies and hoops.

Will need to get more piercings to fuel my addiction!

Was after everyday earrings. They are gorgeous, but unfortunately 2 weeks in the yellow gold has dulled and my ears are now infected. Look super trendy, but back to real gold for me.

I absolutely love my tiny gold tragus earring. The fact it was sent in the sweetest little glass jar with my name stamped into the lid was just perfect and thoughtful. Plus shipping to the U.K. from Auckland was super fast, literally a matter of days. I’ll definitely use Pinch and Fold again. A totally perfect sale!

Im here to thank Sharon and team at Pinch and fold. My piercing came loose and I managed to loosen the screw and lost the piercing to the sink! Understand it was most likely my fat fingers! I loved it as I have had it for nearly a year. Sharon was kind enough to explain how to avoid this in the future and also gave me a discount towards the same piece! So happy to show how some companies are compassionate and really listen to you!

My cartilage piercings from amazon and Etsy have all left me with a sour taste with the plating wearing off within days. I took advise from a piercer and was recommended Pinch & Fold’s sterling silver range which I thought was adorable. The price was towards the premium end but is well worth it in my opinion. I’ve had their Blitz piercing in my upper helix for almost 1 month now and the colour has not tarnished a bit.

I got given a pair of earrings from Pinch & fold and i have been absolutely in love and obsessed! Since then i have added additional earrings to finish my curated ear set. I love their huggie style earrings as they are super comfy so i never take them off! They are great as staple everyday earrings. I have got so many compliments for my ear combo and highly recommend them!

I just received my huggie hoops and am beyond happy 😊😊😊. As pretty as the pictures and the quality, especially the hinge, seems much better than a lot of them other hoops i have (hence why I bought new ones). The shipping was super fast and although it wasn’t cheap it was well worth the assurance as it was tracked.

I lost my piercing ball as it fell down the drain (yes silly me)! Sam was super helpful and mentioned she will put in a couple spare ones as I was ordering some new piercings to treat myself. I am so happy they care as the previous stores would always charge me even if I was making another order!

Ordered from them in June. Didn't receive my order till August.
I ordered two nose rings. I've tried the first one. It looked nice but the gold changed colour in about a week and gave me an infection to boot. Not tried the second one yet. Ended up buying an alternative nose ring from from Etsy which is real gold so hopefully that will be better!

Pinch and fold has been tempting me with their socials for a while now and I finally gave in. Bought some cute ear cuffs and piercings to match for my fiend and I. Was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived and even more pleasantly surprised by the cutest packaging I’ve ever seen!

The items themselves are beaut and the images online doesn’t do the real things justice. I speak for me and my friend when I say this. I have a feeling we will be back many more times 😂

Just recently placed my third order with Pinch & Fold. I don’t go anywhere else for piercings for the simple fact that the quality for its price is second to none. My first tragus piercing i bought 1 year ago is still as shiny as ever and the little touches and communication always puts a smile to my face.

I had trouble to figure out how to remove my piercing as i am quite new to all of this. I had to remove my hoop for surgery and scans and was nervous to remove it myself. I reached out to Sharon and she was very attentive while sending me detailed instructions on how to open and close the hoops. It was successful and I am beyond amazed by the service I received.
