Absolutely mad with myself for not checking reviews before purchase. Really poor quality for the price. Bought for gifts which I’m too embarrassed to give. Shocking.

I haven’t worn the jewellery yet but it looks stunning. I wanted to commend this company on their packaging and personal touches. The handwritten note, little jar with my name etched on it and pretty wrapping made this a delight to receive

I’ve been searching for huggie hoops that are not boring yet not over priced and came upon this label from a Pinterest post (of all things 🤣). I immediately purchased the calypso and adore huggies. They came relatively fast and in the most unique packaging I’ve ever seen.

I’ve been wearing the hoops for one month now and they have received plenty compliments. Happy to say I haven’t had any issues with loose hinge or tarnishing.

Mia was so amazing I just had to leave a review. I saw that pinch and fold offers custom styling service and tried my luck. I was connected to Mia who was so patient and helpful with me requests. I’m so happy with the earring set she helped me pick out. Her advice was genuine and not at all pushy. I felt she really cared about my needs first over the sale. Keep her at all cost pinch and fold!!

So glad my sister introduced pinch & fold into my life. Beautiful jewellery from beautiful people. The craftsmanship is second to none and it puts a smile on my face every time I receive my orders.

I cannot fault a single thing about my experience shopping with pinch and fold. Aside from ticking all the essential boxes such as fast shipping and quality jewellery, the actual experience was adorably personal and warm. Something that a lot of other online stores lack. I highly recommend this brand!

I just made my very first purchase from pinch and fold and everything was just perfect, beyond my expectations! The start, the communication through out was absolutely amazing and I was well informed every step of the way. I love the eco friendly packaging and especially the personal touches that went into it. My name was finely etched onto the lid of the glass jar. I’ve never seen anything like it 🥰.
The earrings I bought looks even more beautiful in person. I know exactly where to buy my Christmas presents from!

Have received wrong earring have received only one reply to my emails..
All the rest answered I've attached photos of what I've received to what I should have received. Order number everything.

I don’t wear a lot of jewellery but they are so easy to wear and I haven’t taken them off since putting them on. I purchased the calypso huggies 2 months ago and just wanted to share how amazing they are for the price. I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for something they can wear everyday but still feel statement-y. The shipping was incredibly fast and even the packaging was a unique and enjoyable experience.

Jumping on the pearl necklace trend, I’ve looked everywhere for affordable pearl necklaces that don’t look tacky. I hit the jackpot when I finally found pinch and fold on Pinterest. My necklaces arrived in record time and were packed in such unique packaging. I’ve been wearing my necklaces stacked for the past few weeks and I’ve had so many compliments 🥰

I’ve spend hundreds of pounds over the course of the last 2 years and literally have had zero bad experiences with this brand. Onto my 5th order and I still get hand written cards with my order. The quality speaks for itself and the customer service completely blows away some of the services I’ve received from much bigger brands.

This is by far the worst company I have ever bought from and I have been thoroughly ripped off. I ordered £50 worth of jewellery in mid-July which never arrived. I was informed that it was because the address was incorrect, however it was not and I have never had any issues with deliveries in the past. The jewellery was “returned to sender”. I tried to contact customer service for a refund but they took over a week to respond. Finally was told I would be getting a refund within 5-10 days. 10 days later I had nothing so I attempted to contact customer service again with no response. 3 weeks later and several messages and still no reply or no refund. I doubt I will ever get my £50 back.

I have looked everywhere for a segment hoop that is made in sterling silver, as I have sensitive skin. Was so stoked when I found this store that sells them. I’ve had mine in for a couple of weeks now and no reaction so far.

I haven’t used the item yet, I didn’t expect it to arrive so fast! I bought the Medusa hoop for my conch and which I’m planning to pierce very soon. I really jumped the gun haha but the piercing itself is beautiful and I’m obsessed. Can’t wait until I get to wear it.

I’m in LOVE with the mini hypnosis hoops! They are smaller than I imagined but they actually fit so perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the products and the packaging was just adorable.

I purchased the lotus hoops recently and am in love with it. It has a bit of flair and it’s perfectly on my ear. I have really sensitive skin and as soon as I switch the new hoop on, there is noticeable improvements to my piercing. It’s so nice to finally find solid gold jewellery that isn’t the normal boring designs I usually see. The postage was fast and the package is so nice. I definitely rate this brand.
