This is the only company that is able to help you customise lengths and materials! I usually cannot wear piercings due to allergies. I was very happy that they were able to change the bar for me to sterling silver from steel. Ive been wearing this for a few months now with no issues! It has also stayed shiny so I can definitely agree their quality is top notch!

All of their jewellery can be found on AliExpress and similar sites. They clearly just bulk buy and mark up the prices. If you like their stuff, cut out the middle man and just buy out of China like they do. Otherwise don’t bother, the quality is horrendous.

What can i say? Im sooooo happy with my huggies and cuffs! I wear them everyday and they are super comfortable! i was gifted them and placed an order last week for a different piercing!

I get most of my piercings from this brand and have recommended all my friends to them too. It’s hard to find good quality rook and daith piercings but they have a good selection to choose from which seems to be constantly growing too! Their new website also makes it so much easier when requesting for flat backs and my jewellery comes in the cutest packaging with so much personal touches.

Im obsessed with the quality of my new earrings! I bought these cute emerald huggies which are great quality! These are delightful and perfect for slipping into 2nd or 3rd piercing. I loved them so much, I got the same in gold! The Emerald glints and catches the eye and makes me smile. Truly a fabulous purchase! They come nicely packaged in a keepsake jar should i need to change them. However i havent taken them off since!

Absolutely adore all my pieces from Pinch and Fold. From their price point to their level of service, can’t fault them in any way. I’ve bought several pairs of their dainty huggies, a pair of which didn’t close properly. I contacted the team via email and was sent a new pair after providing a video of it.

These are just some things that keep me buying more and more.

I recently ordered two pairs of earrings from pinch and fold for my friend's birthday. They arrived in enough time and were beautifully presented. However, my friend informed me that one of earrings broke after being worn only TWICE. I have emailed the company and so has my friend with no reply. It's infuriating as the products were beautiful and it's clear that this item is just faulty. But the fact the never replied is rude and unacceptable for the amount paid for the pair.

I AM SHOOK! Ordered from the UK, it cam in great time in eco friendly packaging. The earrings I ordered came all wrapped in tissue paper in the cutest little jar. There was also a sweet little handwritten thank you note, what a lovely touch! The earrings themselves are even better than I was expecting, and im really really happy with them. 100% will be ordering everything from here now - thank you for fantastic customer service and experience guys! ❤

Happy with my experience here. I reached out to Mia as I had an issue with the length of my necklace being a bit small for my fat neck. I also wanted it to sit just below my neckline so that it matches most of my outfit. Mia requested I send the necklace back for her to add additional links to lengthen the necklace. They did this swiftly and now I can style my necklace the way I like it!

The piercings I bought are absolutely beautiful, I love them so much! The crystal daisy and metropolis piercing are so cute and dainty. My ears are usually very sensitive and gets inflamed easily, but have not had a single problem with these or any of the other pieces I’ve bought. I’ve bought from them multiple times in the last month and plan to buy more.

Love love love this label. This is one of the only places I trust for piercings and at such a affordable price point. As all the previous reviews have mentioned, the customer support (especially Mia and Sharon) are a delight to deal with and a breath of fresh air compared to all the other robot-esque services you normally get with online stores. Everything is just so personal and warm with them. Please keep up the great work and thank you for making my ears so pretty!

I love Pinch & Fold’s solid gold daith hoops. It is extremely hard to find reasonable pricing for solid gold hoops so absolutely happy about this. The extra small touches really makes a difference. I had my initials engraved on the lid! I literally told all my friends because i was so impressed! Will absolutely be looking at another purchase. Just need an extra piercing 😉

Lovely Mia from support team turned what would’ve been a sad situation into such a pleasant shopping experience.

I bought a necklace for mother’s day and found out my mum already had a very similar necklace. I asked if this could be returned for a store credit or exchange and Mia quickly helped me through the process. However, as Mother’s Day was quickly approaching and I recently just sent the items back I was out of pocket for another prezzy. I emailed Mia again and she asked if I could provide the tracking number so she can send my new purchase out without receiving the return yet. What a kind gesture which shows how much they care about their customers.

My mom loves the new necklace and I’ll definitely buy from Pinch and Fold again. Have already recommended this store to all my friends too 💕🙏

I ordered some earrings for Christmas, and they didn't arrive even though they said they would. When they came, they were extremely small (and I don't have big ears) and the quality really wasn't worth it for me (i spent around £50).
I decided to email them at the beginning of January to discuss the issues and they said to return the earrings to them, and they would evaluate them and see if I could get a refund. I was a little nervous about doing this, but I sent them. Its now the middle of March, and they are saying they haven't received them even though I sent them a receipt of them being sent. I've literally lost £50, which as a student, is a lot of money to me.
I have no idea what to do with this company, as they have literally ROBBED me, but the least I can warn others not to make this same mistake as me...

I never write reviews but I simply had to for Pinch and Fold. First of all it’s really hard to find a company that does really pretty jewellery for a range of different piercings and that’s exactly what Pinch and Fold offers. The jewellery is super good quality and a relatively affordable price point. And to top it off the jewellery came in a personalised jar.

Simply cannot fault them. I will never go elsewhere for my piercing jewellery now.

I ordered 2 ear cuffs from here and I absolutely love them 🥰 However they come with a dangling stone and If I put the cuff on my right ear the stone is upside down and can't dangle properly if I put it on my left ear it works. I did buy it for my right one though because I have a pericing there. So may I suggest making right and left ear cuffs that would be great.
