I want to give a thumbs up for Lisa Sinclair Publishing Consultant at Pine Book Writing. She is a wonderful listener and a devout employee. She supported me through all my endeavors even my struggles in understanding the publishing industry. My hat goes off to her in maintaining a balance when communicating with customers.
Lia has a very quiet and reserved demeanor . She Is pleasant to work with. I admire her honesty and integrity. I learned a lot from Lia. She is a great asset to her job and the company. I appreciate all I experienced with her.

Pine Book Publishing wouldn't be the same without her.

I had a very good experiance with Pine Book Publishing. I did have difficulty with Google Docs in responding to Pine Book as I'm not too familiar with the program. There was pressure for me to invest more money to expand the maney platforms, and that's OK, I understand. There was a change in the managing editor which created a pause in publishing process, but overall I think the completion of the book was within a reasonable time.

My experience with Pine Book Writing has been exceptional from start to finish. Hailey began as the project manager and did an excellent job keeping my book project organized, on schedule, and moving forward with professionalism and care. After the first month, Celest stepped in as Senior Publishing & Marketing Consultant, and her leadership elevated the entire process. She stayed in constant communication with me, ensured every detail was handled, and kept the team aligned and on track.
Sara, my editor, delivered outstanding work—her attention to detail and commitment to producing a manuscript of the highest quality were evident on every page. The entire project, from start to completion, was finished within four months, which speaks to the team’s efficiency, coordination, and dedication.
This is my second book published with Pine Book Writing, and once again they have proven themselves to be a trustworthy publishing company that holds their staff to high standards and consistently produces excellent work for authors. It has truly been a pleasure doing business with them.

I have been writing books for several years and have struggled to find the right publishing company to partner with me. I needed a partner that would satisfy my requirements of sharing my project vision, that had an efficient process, that had timely and effective communications of the project status and explaining what to expect, timely delivery, reasonable cost and that produced a high quality product. It's a lot to ask but, why settle for anything less when you don't have to?

Pine Book Writing, Inc. is my 6th publishing company and they are the partner I have been searching for. My search is finally over. I have several books currently under contract and we just finished book #1. I had the pleasure of working with an amazing team that included Emily Jones (PM) Kenneth Snyder (HOD) Zeke Luke (Illustrator & Designer) Veronica James (Editor).

As a retired corporate Project Manager I am thoroughly focused on process, details, quality results and excellent communications. I experienced each of these traits with my team. I am thrilled with the outcome of my first book and the quality of my illustrations far exceeded what I had even hoped for.I couldn't be happier.

I have complete confidence that my remaining books will be in the same excellent hands and can't wait to see my book collection become a reality. This team is bringing my Faith Legacy Library to life!

I would encourage any author to partner with Pine Book Writing, Inc. if their expectations for a trustworthy publishing partner are the same as mine.

Very good communication, management, and discussion regarding my book project

The editing comments on transitions between paragraphs have been extremely helpful. The weekly document reviews works well for me, but perhaps not for others who want to rush publishing.

Very supportive throughout my book project, everything was smoth my book is published just the way I like, thank you lia and team you guys are very professional. I personally recommend Pine Book Writing.

I put a lot of time and work into my manuscript, but I was still shy about getting it published. Would anyone else find it interesting? How would I know what to do? Pine Book Writing Inc. sensed my hesitancy and encouraged me in a way that made me comfortable putting it in their hands. I was able to choose the amount of editing I wanted, the advertising I wanted to purchase, and the look and layout of my book. Their liaison, Rex, kept in contact with me and kindly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Working with Pine Book Writing Inc. was the perfect option for me.

I am truly glad I choose Pine Book Writing to do my project. My project manager Emily is truly wonderful and so is everyone else. I literally have nothing bad to say about them. They did a wonderful job on my project and I'll come back to them if I have another one in the future.

I appreciated the constant emails and phone calls as I was going through the publishing process. It was good to have a contact person I could trust to find out important details. Highly recommend!

I’m genuinely thankful for the excellent work you did on my book. From editing to final production, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt supported as an author. The final outcome reflects real dedication and expertise. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to publish their work.

It has been over a year and I still have not received my refund.I recommend Amazon Publishing instead of this group.
Check out this nonsense:
12.6.24 - sent 2k to start the book process
2.11.24 - They asked for so much personal info, including DL# and bank info, it alarmed me they may be a scam site. I stopped payment on the 2k charge w/my cc company.
DAMON begged me to remove the dispute and promised to refund my 2k.
12.27.24 - I removed dispute
2.5.25 - Five weeks later, and after much prodding, DAMON made credit of 1k and said the other 1,000 would be next month.
3.10.25 - Had not received the balance so I posted a negative review.
3.17.25 - I Emailed again requesting the balance
3.21.25 - DAMON called me and said since I posted the bad review he would not give me the balance stating, “Your review means nothing, no one will see it. Since you posted the review I will not refund your money.”
4.18.25 - Their attorney MARK ANTHONY called to argue and passively threaten legal action for my post. My wife handled that call and the end result was - "If the review was removed, the money would be returned within 48 hrs.I was to remove my post and replace it with a kind review feigning it all a misunderstanding". I did that.
4.24.25 - I removed the post and noted the misunderstanding.
5.4.25 - onward, I made multiple pleas for my refund.
6.27.25 - STEVE HAYES called me and represented as the man. Told me I would receive my refund, fast tracked, by 7.10.25.
NEVER HAPPENED. GEE, WHAT A SHOCK.

Published my first book with Pine Book Writing and very pleased. I want to give a special thank you to the illustrator of my book, Zeke Luke! I have received nothing but compliments on the illustrations in my book and I wish that is name as the illustrator was included on my book because I have alot of people asking who did the pictures. I would also like to thank Kenneth Synder, Lia Sinclair, and Emily Jones who I am working with now on my second book with Pine Book Writing. Lia Sinclair finished up and published my first book and was always patient; Kenneth Synder has been fantastic with just about everything when I have a question. Emily is wonderful as well, and she never minds the million questions that I ask her...lol. Previous people, including Stella Quinn, and Steve Hayes, who was the original one who brought me into Pine Book. All a very fabulous team!
