Yesterday April 14th 2026 tried to cash out nothing now when I open app my points are gone. Tried several attempts with customer service number error has occurred while trying to leave messages even when I use my pinecone app and leave messages whoops error occurred this is not right do not engage with this bogus platform unreliable and no support

Thus company now is just a scam. I have completed four surveys only to be told at the end the survey is closed. Complaining is useless. I can't reach 1000 points so have to loose the 800 in my account. If we all stop doing surveys they will soon get the message. We will not be scammed any more

I have been a member of Pinecone research for years. It used to be good and legitimate prior to 2026, It no longer is. You'll spend a lot of time filling out a survey only to be told at the end, after they got all of the information they want that you don't qualify. That means that they got what they want and you get nothing in return. Don't waste your time and energy. You'll get very little to mostly nothing in return.

I have been doing surveys with Pinecone for a long time but since they updated their website i have been having problems with them doing full surveys and then them saying sorry to disappoint but you are disqualified which is nonsense and wasting my time it has happened twice now and everytime i complain i get the same response from the leave it 4 or 5 days for points or we will look into it but it is up to the ones who set it which is nonsense so this is the last time i waste time on there surveys and if you want to be paid after doing a survey don't do pinecone research ones.

They were great when I first started completed surveys 10+ years ago. Over the past few years when completing surveys I have answered 5-10 min of questions and then been told I "don't qualify". I have also completed a few surveys to the very end and then told "the survey closed" and did not receive compensation. Disappointing that they aren't what they used to be.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Used this for years. Earned £4 per survey. Recently changed and went to withdraw my points and virtually lost 90% of their previoys value!!!! Disgusting as should have had £350 to withdraw but instead amounted to £35.
NO WARNING this was going to happen so they've basically stolen earned money. Absolutely gutted.

This is the second time I fully completed a survey and didn't not receive points. The second time the message came up at the end saying survey was closed. I've been doing surveys with this company for very very many years and I know for a fact when I finish a survey it wasn't a mistake that I thought I completed and I did not I know I completed both of these surveys to the absolute end. They used to be wonderful three points every survey and I love their surveys the past year or two they changed they don't hardly give you any points or lucky if you get 75 points for a really long surveys and now they're starting to not give points and trying to act like the surveys would have been closed they literally just sent me the survey I immediately clicked on it did the whole entire survey and then you're going to tell me surveys close I am really angry right now and I'm telling people stay away from this company don't waste your time our time is valuable

After years of enjoying Pinecone research surveys this company has flopped beyond belief in the past few months.
There can be no doubt most of the 'surveys' now offered are simply scam attempts to obtain your information without any obligation to offer you the promised payments in return. I'm writing this after just spending 20 minutes completing a survey, I received confirmation on screen it had been completed followed by a message telling me unfortunately I didn't qualify for the survey!
Such a shame to see, as others have reported such a good company fall apart like this.

This used to be a great survey company, yes, I used to get surveys about once a month. Then they updated their site, I can no longer redeem my points; the customer support does not exist. I would say AVOID them, they owe me money and will not respond to why I can only cash out on a virtual card, which is of no use to me. I can see what I can redeem to, but that is the only option I see. Which does NOT work

Ich bin viele Jahre zufriedenes Mitglied bei Pinecone gewesen. (... und derzeit bin ich auch NOCH dabei).
Bis vor kurzem war alles okay. Aber, als dann Anfang März auf die neue Online-Plattform umgestellt wurde, ging der Ärger los: Man opferte seine Zeit und füllte Umfragen komplett aus. - Und am Ende kam dann entweder eine Error-Seite (keine Punkte!) oder eine Seite (wohlgemerkt immer NACH der Umfrage): „Es tut uns leid, aber diese Umfrage wurde bereits geschlossen.“ (ebenfalls keine Punkte!). (?!)
Das darf doch nicht wahr sein! - Man investiert seine Zeit und bekommt dann am Ende keine Vergütung...
Ich bin kurz davor, das Umfragenportal zu verlassen. :(

I have been completing their surveys for at least 7 years; thought I would wait a while until my points added up before redeeming them. Bad idea! Much to my dismay, I have tried to contact them THREE separate times regarding this issue, only to discover that my points have "expired". I never dreamed there was a problem with the points expiring. They have NEVER replied to my 3 requests for information regarding my points expiring. Extremely unprofessional to be "ghosted" in this manner. AND new surveys require a lot of time to even find out if you qualify to take a survey - many times you eventually learn you are not eligible.

What a change for the worse. I used to find Pinecone reach quite reliable and respected but now it is probably the worst survey company I use.

Surveys are few and far between and they all get screened out. They're all worth £1 or less and minimum withdrawal is £10 and is just for vouchers.

Before the change I would get a survey every couple of weeks ago and would never screen out. It was worth £3 and could be withdrawn straight to Paypal.

Avoid what is now a scam.

I have been using Pinecone for a few years and it was excellent. I'd get maybe three surveys a month, which took 10 - 20 minutes each and always paid 300 points (£3).

Recently that all changed. They now offer surveys of similar length and only pay 75 - 150 points. Basically overnight they have more than halved the pay rates.

I enquired (to the ubiquitous "Karen Scott") and got an AI reply that didn't address the questions. Recontacted them and never received an answer.

Goodbye Pinecone, you used to be good.

Pinecone used to offer $3 in rewards points for every survey, and they usually averaged somewhere between 10-20 minutes in duration. Surveys were infrequent, but they were interesting and enjoyable to complete, I almost never disqualified and they were worth the point value for the time required. The minimum to cash out was also very low, so I could cash out regularly.

They've since updated their website, it's absolute garbage now. 20 minute surveys are worth (at most) $0.50-1.00, I get disqualified immediately from most of them, and there's barely any surveys available. The minimum cashout limit is $10. I'm quitting the panel, there are far better options that pay more for my time. It's a shame Pinecone went so far downhill.

I remember joining this site years ago, $3 for a survey was nice, I'd get a few each week but it was a guaranteed quick buck for my time and effort. Now? I do get a lot of surveys, that's for sure, but they barely work, they will close immediately after getting the invite, they will tell me I'm not a match just by clicking, no questions asked and the worst offender yet, telling you the survey is closed or crashing the site after finishing the survey. I loved this website so much, but I guess nothing good lasts forever. It was a good run.

Really disappointed. I've been a member of pinecone for several years, and it was 1 of the best survey sites around. You'd regularly get surveys and product trials, every survey was paid at £3 and they were reasonable length usually between 15-45min (with most averaging 20-30) and you could get paid out from £3 too. I've just had a survey invite for a 15min survey that was going to be paid out at 70p and multiple profile surveys that took 20-30min each as they were rather independent that paid 5p each not to mention now looking at the pay out system it has gone up to £10 before payout which looks like it is going to take a long time based on the new rules and extremely low rewards payments.

Bin sehr lange treuer Umfragebeantworter dieser Firma gewesen und war immer zufrieden, gerade weil die Umfragen fair vergütet werden. Das hat sich leider schlagartig geändert, als die Firma eine neue Website erstellte. Meine erarbeiteten Punkte waren plötzlich weg! Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, dass diese verfallen seien, da älter als 1 Jahr. Auf nochmalige Nachfrage, dass dies nicht möglich sei, da ich meine Punkte erst vor 3 Monaten eingelöst habe und ich mir diese punkte erst in letzter Zeit erarbeitet habe kam plötzlich die Meldung, dass mein Konto aufgrund von Unstimmigkeiten unwiderruflich gesperrt sei!!!!! Welche Unstimmigkeiten??? Ich habe jahrelang alles gewissenhaft ausgefüllt!!! Auf nochmalige Nachfrage kam nur die Standartantwort (KI???) dass keine Unregelmäßigkeiten mit meinen Punkten festgestellt werden konnte. Wohin sind diese dann entschwunden???? Und gesperrt bin ich trotzdem, warum weiß ich leider nicht...auch keine Antwort auf nochmalige Nachfrage!

von 500 auf 300 Puntke, jetzt Einlösung erst ab 1000 gesammelten Punkten? Neuer Besitzer? War über 20 Jahre da, aber jetzt ist gut gewesen, ich bin doch nicht blöd!

Sites a joke after the new set up; can't qualify for anything and not even a dime if you don't like other sites. If you do manage to complete a survey then they tell you that you did not qualify. Fraud or incompetence, I don't know which one but Pinecone Research is not the same as it was thirteen years ago when I joined. I now just put the emails into spam because that is what they are. Stay clear of this one and live a happier life.

This survey website should be taken down! No longer the reliable site it used to be, surveys close as soon as you click on them, even if they've only just come through, or you end up completing the survey - as I did a few weeks ago - reaching the end where it said 'thank you for completing the survey' only to then be shown a page where it said 'you
don't qualify.' Also the questions are often really weird, I got asked if I had travelled in a submarine lately. Are the people who run the survey on something? This website is DISGUSTING, they've ruined what used to be a great site. If I ever reach 1000 points - yeah right - I'm off, along with no doubt, many many other people! Pathetic.
