My husband has this pillow, referred by his functional integration therapist. He loves it so I bought it from this company. They sent it quickly. I have been using it for the past two nights and I have no neck pain. I think I’m going to love it. Very responsive company!

This is not the first Pine Tales buckwheat hull pillow I have purchased. I have used a buckwheat hull pillow for over 30 years now and absolutely love it. My most recent one was from your company as well, and I left it by accident at a hotel while traveling and it cost more for the hotel to ship it to me that it was to buy a new pillow. I’ll be as happy with this one as I have with the previous. Thanks for making such a great product.

Accurate delivery information and a great product.

I bought the Japanese size Classic Buckwheat Pillow through Amazon about 3 years ago. In that time, I loved the feel of the pillow and that it would retain it's shape throughout my sleep. As a side sleeper, my neck really appreciated that.

When it came time to replace the buckwheat hulls, I found them on the PineTales website and placed my order. I am glad that they came in a sturdy nylon bag. It makes for easy storage of the leftover hulls so that I can refill the pillow when needed.

The fact that the pillow is made out of a very sturdy material means that I can keep refilling it for years to come - this was a great purchase!

I tried and I did not like the hardness of the pillow.
It is like sleeping on the ground.
So I reached out to PineTales to return the product.
They said there were NO RETURNS.
I said :

I am not satisfied with the product you sold me.
I didn’t purchase the wrong size of the pillow. The pillow feels like lying your head on the ground.
Pretty expensive gamble for whoever buys your pillow and is not satisfied with your product.
NOT a customer-friendly POLICY!
Something tells me you have a lot of people trying to return the product. Hmm?

This is what they said:
"We don't force anyone to buy our products.
It is your choice to make a purchase with us or elsewhere. And when you purchase with us, you legally agree to our return policy".
We cannot do anything else than list our return policy on our website.
Reading it is up to you as the customer.

I received my pillow and the quality is amazing! I would recommend 100%!

The Pinetales Buckwheat pillow is amazing! Gave it 4 stars because I would have preferred the standard size which was sold out. The 14x20 size gets the job done, though! I can truthfully say that after years of searching for "the pillow," I think I've found it! No more aching neck and shoulder pain in the mornings, and that alone rates "5 stars!" Delivery was exceptionally fast, and the ability to track the package was quite helpful.

There were bugs inside the pillow

Avoid purchasing anything from this company as they will refuse to cancel any order regardless of the order status. You will be disappointed!!!

The ordering process was very straightforward and easy. My order was originally expected to arrive in four days but it came in two! PineTales Prime!

The Japanese buckwheat pillow has helped me get more sleep than I’ve gotten in ages due to a neck injury. I will be getting more of these!

The best travel size buckwheat pillow! I take it with me to all my travels because other pillows give me neck ache and disrupted sleep. Buckwheat creates more solid support to keep the upper spine aligned. It’s hypoallergenic too! The size is really perfect.

These days it's pretty common for profit to be prioritized over product quality. This isn't the case with this pillow!

Me being the picky person I am when it comes to the how I spend my money (specially online!!):I researched a bit about what to look for in a quality pillow. Of course the majority of my results were ads with catchphrases such as memory foam, cooling technology, etc.

Then I came across reviews and recommendations on buckwheat and millet pillows and their properties. This was my first millet pillow and I've got to say it went beyond what I was expecting:

It holds it's shape, stays firm, and it's easily customizable with how much filling you want it with.

I gotta say it's heavier than your regular cotton and memory foam pillow, but that isn't an issue at all.

Overall, if you're new to hull pillows you won't be disappointed!

I will say, though: I live in Mexico and although I have residence in the US I wish they would be able to ship here without 40 extra dollars for shipping. (I ordered mine to my US address and picked it up there)

I’ve purchased from them twice, once via Amazon and once directly, and have been satisfied with the products and services. Both pillows have been as advertised and of good quality, and I appreciate how generously they are filled, allowing room for adjustment with some left over for future use. I have no complaints.

First time with a mill wheat pillow and have been loving it!

Love my pillow! Above my expectations and delivery was fast.

This is a great product. I replaced my memory foam knee pillow with PineTales. The buckwheat is much better at regulating temperature. And I like the chance to modify the size. The casing is nicely designed too. Thanks!

Pretty much fixed my cervical neck pain. If you have a lot of cervical area pain, then definitely worth trying this out.
