I use pingwe for all my travel eSIMs. Customer service via WhatsApp connects to a real actual human and very helpful, even when I messed up they were kind and helped me out.

De e-sim installeren was eenvoudig en ook werkte de e-sim mijn hele vakantie goed. Erg goede prijs voor een e-sim en een betrouwbare aanbieder!

Purchased two e-sims. Customer service was polite and quick with the replies. The speeds were consistent throughout entire trip, had no issues. Would purchase again.

The Pingwe esim is priced very competitively and so will be using it in Morocco. But before using in Morocco I also wanted to test the process and service for before we go there. To test, I installed a 3Gb package for use in the UK and the whole process was fairly smooth. Installation was via the QR code and then activated. There is no official app, only the web link and the data can only monitored via the 'activate' link which is sent via email. Overall no issues and most times getting 5G. Give them a go depending on where you are going and the package for the price. Support is available by WhatsApp and they were thorough and professional.
Update 07/10/2025 Just returned from the Morocco trip and the 10Gb esim never let me down. As per my test in the UK, the installation was easy and it connected immediately upon landing (had to start the phone, as I always do). Big thanks. Will also use Pingwe as a first choice in the future depending on pricing/package.
Once again I thoroughly recommend this esim give it ago.

i don't really care for esim apps and the long register process and seeing every offer they have, just want to buy a 2 dollar service for one week.

From my next holidays no doubt that I will choose him because in my opinion every is him carrier may have an issue the important thing is that they are able to solve it and in my case they were able to solve it in just 5 minutes and immediately in a super simple and friendly kasuma service type

Was recommended this provider by a friend who recently travelled to Turkey. Upon arrival had issues with the data. A message to their customer service team via whatsapp and all was promptly resolved in 10 min. Used the e sim for a 10 day holiday and have had uninterrupted connection throughout. Signal also available in remote areas of turkey. I recommend anyone travelling to Turkey to not hesitate and purchase their e sim from pingwee.

Excellent value for money and connected immediately when at the airport in Spain. Easy to install, great signal all around Tenerife. £5.50 for 10gb of data for a month whereas 3 wanted £12 for up to 12gb for a week. No contest!! Will definitely use when going abroad again. Thank you.
