if I could give a -5 star I would do!!

Not only did they send me someone's package, full name, address you name it - inside a parcel for me.

They couldn't give any explanation on what happened to my details.

Breach of GDPR.

Was told to re-order and I'd be refunded in full. Which I was... I was ASSURED this was a 1 off bad luck!
Clothes arrived, sizing was odd, material was not nice. Returned all items AND the other persons random parcel of clothes.

A month later, I'm still chasing my refund for the 2nd order. Pink Clove have ignored all communications since.

Ordered something 6 weeks ago, sent back 5 weeks ago, no refund messaged on insta, Twitter , Facebook and email. They are reading my Instagram messages and not responding. Disgusting not sure what else I can do.

Absolutely disgraceful!! Do not use!!! Order a coat and didn’t fit so sent it back over 4 WEEKS ago and still no refund!! Send 6 emails and still no reply I will be taking further how they can get away with this is beyond me disgraceful!!

Emailed 3 times in the last two weeks as I’ve returned two coats over a month ago and still not received a refund or any form of contact from them. First and last time I will use this company!!! Money has gone out my bank for the coats but since I’ve returned them I’m still waiting on the £70 refund!! Disgraceful!!!

Shocking customer service returned my items nearly a month ago no emai or refund. Contacted them 3 times now and still nothing. Never had a problem in the past will never buy from them again!

Returned my items over a month ago, have not heard anything!! Have tried to contact multiple times but no numbers! Only leave a question and someone will get back to you - this is NOT the case, i will be taking this further. AVOID this company

Ordered a coat and was sent wrong size.. Returned item with the pre paid royal mail label...still haven't received a refund 20 days later or even a email to confirm that you have received my parcel... Tracked parcel myself and it had arrived a few days after I sent it off.... Emailed you and sent messages on website and did not get a reply!!! Nightmare that there isn't a contact number so a can speak to someone!!! Still waiting for a reply and refund!!

I really don’t like to complain but this maybe the only way to get a response from this company. I’ve still not received a refund and although I’ve tried all forms of contact not one reply. If I don’t get a refund soon I will be taking this matter further

Will never use this company again, like many other complaints I have not received my full refund either after providing proof of returns and order numbers etc, I have only received my refund for one item and I have been trying to get back in contact with pink clove for over two weeks now via email and social media. Disgrace of a company who is clearly scamming others.
AVOID !!!!!!

Do not shop with this company. I returned two items in the same parcel and was only refunded for one of them. I have since contacted the company on Facebook, Instagram and by email for over a week continuously and received no response! Shocking customer service, and from comments on social media I’m not the only one this is happening to.

No refund, messaged and emailed and no reply. Really bad service. Wont be using them again if I dont hear in the next 2 days I will be taking the matter further.

I ordered a coat.recieved it very fast.sent it back due to being too small.its been 20days since I sent it back.ive emailed and sent numerous messages on the help page on the website.still no response.not happy with service.due to website saying 'easy returns' you can return....but you won't get a reply to any messages about your money back.

I sent a faulty item back to pink clove at the beginning of the month and royal mail tracking said it was received by them a couple of days later. Its been nearly 3 weeks and I've not had a refund.
I've contacted them via email and social media but I've had absolutely no response.
I absolutely advise avoiding this company.

Sent an item back over a month ago, chasing for a refund and never heard back. Poor, very poor. Will not be ordering from them again. Not issuing a refund could be construed as stealing.

So happy with my order. Quality of item as described.

I ordered this yesterday next day delivery for a funeral today. The item just arrived and I am so happy. I did send an email to say that I needed it desperately for today and Pink Clove came through.

Well chuffed and will order again!

I haven't even received my order yet. I paid £5.99 for next day Saturday delivery and it's now Tuesday and still haven't received it. I've emailed them several times and just not really got anything resolved. Still waiting for it.

I love their clothes with their return policy if you live in the United States is impossible $93 to return in order it’s not worth it
