I’m still waiting for my item
UPDATE: so it is now 14 days since I ordered this item and it’s 12 days since the Royal Mail posted that they were expecting the item from the seller. Despite two additional emails to Pinkie Pie, I am still waiting. I asked for my items to be refunded as not only have they missed the delivery window of 14 days as per their website, but I doubt it ever actually was dispatched because it wouldn’t take 12 days to reach the Royal Mail. Will never use this company again. Their customer service is abysmal. ORIGNAL POST: I’m still waiting for my item. It’s been nearly 2 weeks. I did contact the store. I’ve got a very blunt response that it might take up to 14 days, but it still hasn’t even been collected by Royal Mail yet.

We would like to clarify that our previous response was polite and informative, and certainly not dismissive or blunt. It was intended to clearly explain the status of your order in line with the delivery information provided on our website.
Your order (#0001575) has been dispatched and is currently with Royal Mail. As stated in our delivery instructions, tracking can remain as “expecting parcel” for several days before updating, particularly during busy periods. This is a Royal Mail process and unfortunately outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over.
The order is still within our stated delivery timeframe, and at this stage there is no indication that it will not arrive as expected.

Red linen shirt is lovely but the size is just a little smaller than I thought it would be. Size up if you buy. Colour is great.
My issue is with yodel ànd their delivery, leaving my lovely linen shirt out in the rain storm despite having a safe place allocated and a large note on the front door. Yodel are always the same with their careless deliveries. This puts me off ordering again as I hate guessing what condition my parcel will be in, when it arrives.

Shocking!!! Not true to size at all
Gutted with the company to be honest!
Ordered my party dress which I thought was going to be a stunning dress and I told everyone how excited I was to refine the dress.
Only for it to take 14 days to come and it not to fit… when I ordered it 2 sizes bigger than my actual size and for the quality to be about rubbish… didn’t look like the photo AT ALL!
I had previously messaged their instagram 3 days before receiving the dress asking where it was and even then they couldn’t give me a proper answer.
I have now returned it and awaiting a refund :(
Will NEVER order from this site again

White elastic on a cream top looks tacky and you can see through the skirt. Won’t order from here again

Amazing service and product
Bought a 2 piece knitted set and paid for 1-2 express shipping, I was then told they wouldn’t be able to do that. Refunded me the £3.99 straight away and I mentioned that I’ll be needing this two piece by Monday. Clothes came within 2 days !! Customer service was also amazing, lady over the phone was a sweetheart.

Batwing jumper in red
Have just received this hideous item which bears absolutely no resemblance to the pictures and video shown. Please save your money, can't stress enough what poor quality this is, it will never be worn.

I ordered a knitted dress and jumper suit as a first purchase and I have to say I was expressed with the quality and service provided. It’s rare to receive a prompt phone call concerning an order arrival but was contacted within an hour of emailing them, wow! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pinkpie to others and will definitely be making more purchases from them.
