This order took 3 months to arrive. I reached out to cancel the order and there was no response. When the shipment finally arrived it was missing an item. One of the dresses is made out of what feels like a sheet, two a shower curtain, and 75% of the items are so see-through they’re unwearable.

They are VEEEERY SLOW. I mean, I cancelled my order because it was taking them more than one month to dispatch it. Apart from that, one month later, I'm still waiting for the refund, if it ever comes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

NOT AT ALL like the picture. Quality was bad and dress delivered was completely different (shape, fabric and length were different than shown).

I was thinking of returning but now Im afraid I wont ever get a refund after reading other reviews. :/

Absolutely shocking, I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, 3 weeks in advance and paid for 5-7 day express shipping, not 1 of them arrived on time and I had to chase. By the time they did arrive I was gobsmacked........the quality was the worst I have ever (and I mean ever) seen!! My husband was in stitches when I tried them on as they were so bad. Safe to say, I wasn't wasting anymore time or money so both went in the bin. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I am so disappointed in the dress that I ordered. To start with it is too small. The dress was supposed to be floor length and the under layer doesn't even reach my knees. It is also too sheer, the lace and the underlay were see through. The dress was supposed to have pockets, a two year old child would have trouble putting their hands in those pockets, the holes were too small. Please, please, please don't make my mistake, don't trust this site.

Fraud! Horrible horrible product and response rate. I ordered 6 items and they did not send me one of the items, even though they charged me for it. The items they did send me were not as pictures AT ALL! When I tried emailing them they were not response to my emails.

This company is a scam. I'm still waiting on a refund 3 months later! Do not buy anything from their site!

Great service right here, I love how responsive the support team is and how fast they ship. I got a dress and I love the fabric and it fits on well. no rough edges and a good finishing. I just placed another order today

This company is a scam. Don't purchase with them. I placed my order since June 10th. They never delivered me the goods. Also their customer service keeps writing that they put my refund as priority and will refund me: this is a lie and they are very unreliable!! BEWARE!

A fraud company ... I made an order in Mai and still waiting for my articles after 4 month (it's August already) . They refused even to answer regarding refund.! Such a scumbag web-portal !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!! I definitely will go to the police !!!

The day after ordering i was made aware of this Scam website.
I cancelled on 30th June, received a mail back advising a full refund would be received within 30 days which includes bank processing time.
I have since exchanged 12 e-mails with the same person (a general name to appear 'personal'), which gives me a different contradicting timeline/promise each time.
But each reply tells me 'we are not a scam' & in various different ways that my refund os being processed.

So unlike some people, i have at least been able to engage with 'someone' there. But, scam or no scam, I just want my refund that i have documented over the last 42 day.

Now lets see if the review posted after mine happens to be a 5 star review of someone receiving a perfect dress within days and how in love with it they are....

Fraudulent company with stock photos to make them look legit. This company is a SCAM! Almost 2 months after my order and they’re just now “sending” me my dress. I’ve read the quality is not so great (if people ever even GET what they ordered) so I’m anxious to see what I’ll get. Word to the wise; READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!
