Very good experience,offered me the car i requested.
They offered me various colours that they had in stock.
Not the colour i wanted. So delayed the deal till 1/04/2026. Very accommindating nothing too much trouble. Delivery very good.Driver spent time me explained all i needed to know.
Thanks. Will use pink again.

accepted quote on 19th May, was a great deal (too good to be true), in stock car etc.

I was accepted for credit the following day so assumed it would be a quick process (takes around 7 days to order).

22 days later and I have had ZERO contact from this company, I have called multiple times and all you get is "we are chasing this for you, its not us its the dealer". Well, if the car was secured, why cant it be ordered.

Initially, all went very well. Then things went badly wrong. The confirmed (via email) delivery date of the car was delayed by two weeks. To be fair, they supplied a courtesy car for this period. When car arrived, rust on all wheels and brakes. Still not resolved and heard nothing about resolution. Car is shocking. Battery charge is not accurate at all I have to sort this out in my own time. Do not get an electric Vauxhall Mokka. £35 to charge and gets you about 100 miles. Communication via email mainly - too many people involved in one thing. Disappointed

Quick easy process, cheapest price I could find online, Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful, so happy with my new car. Will be back for my next car

Great communication from Chris Hart in leasing our new Ford Ranger, excellent rates too. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Ordered a BMW i4 from them on what looked like a great deal

2 weeks after placing the deal they emailed to say there was an issue securing cars from BMW (why werent they secured already if you are taking orders). Was told would be offered equiv spec / price alternative but what they offered was 35% more expensive than the BMW

What a pleasure to deal with, I have had some bad experiences in the past with other leasing companies which had put me off. However I thought I’d give it another chance as leasing is something that is more suited to my life. Very polite, professional , thorough and a reasonable deal . A massive thank you to Alex who made the experience positive.

Recently Purchased a car from George Streather. Excellent experience, we enquired on a fiat 500 and he mentioned an Audi A3 offer which took our fancy. He sent us a personalised video of the car, all of the manufacturer specification and went through all of our needs in detail. We are chuffed.

I enquired about leasing vehicles for my business - ideally vans though Pink Vehicle Leasing tried to persuade me to get cars and secondly these should be under contract leasing which offers more contract advantages to the provider more than the end user.

They were in my experience unable/unwilling to provide what I asked for. Customer service rating has to be a 2/10

The worst experience ever. Everything written here can be evidenced. We placed a company order having completed all forms and credit checks. We signed the agreement. Our order was confirmed on email. A Tesla account showing our order was created. We called 10 days before the expected delivery date to be told our order had been cancelled over a month prior and no one had communicated this to us. When we complained the sales guy ‘Liam’ suggested rather dismissively that we read the small print of their T&C’s!

An absolute disgrace of on operation, we’re left with no vehicle and limited options.

An excellent experience all round. I initially dealt with Paul Dodds who was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to provide required information and helped agree a lease deal, he always answered my emails and phone calls which is a major gripe I have had with other companies. Most recently I have dealt with Brogan Burley, she has been equally amazing, there has been a slight delay with delivery if my car, but she has organised a courtesy car for me with almost no notice and again been very good at communicating via email and phone. Pink Vehicle Leasing highly competitive on deal prices, would have not hesitation to recommend and indeed hope to use in the future.

Great experience with Pink. Initially attracted by the very competitive price of the vehicle i wanted but the service and comms have been impeccable with everything going smoothly and to plan despite Covid. Big thanks to Holly for her excellent communications and to James for the original efficient handling of paperwork. Would defo use again

The team at Pink have been great. From start to finish they have been responsive and helpful. All of this during the Covid-19 Panedmic where most other leasing brokers were completely closed or slow to respond. We done and thank you.

Shocking service. Ordered a vehicle at the end of October and was given a lead time of Feb/March which was already on the long side but I was fine with this.
The delivery date then kept getting pushed back further and further (the latest as of a week ago, being mid June).
I was fed up of it changing every few weeks so I called to cancel. (I had already asked for an update a week prior without response).
I was told to email, so I did but didn't get a response.
I called back a couple of days later and was told to again email, and I am yet to hear back.

Apparently Mercedes have sold so many that they can't get me a build slot. With the service I've received, it sounds more like someone has messed up.
