Bought the luxury chair covers which came in approx week. Was exactly what I was expecting and wanted m. Fitted perfectly. Communication with company good too.

Absolutely awful. They’re Scam, completely avoid.

No response to several emails - others have had similar problems. Poor customer service. Avoid!

Ordered their quality chair covers. Delivery took over 2 weeks and I received no notification. When I chased them they said they were being sent by Royal Mail but we’re eventually delivered by Hermes. They don’t look anything like the pictures, they don’t fit and there is a hole in the one I’ve tried. When you try to contact them for a refund they don’t reply. They are a scam.

I bought the 8 piece knife set as I thought they looked great. They turned up fairly quickly. I opened the box to find almost all had defects on them, one of the worst being a chipped handle. The rest you could see where they were crimped together causing discolouration. Having contacted these multiple times via email I had a reply to say “we’ll look into it” and to also send pictures of the cheaply finished knives, nothing further came of it, I even stated I’d take a refund and they can have these unsatisfactory knives back! Again, nothing. I should’ve read the reviews from a more trusted site before buying! So just for customer service as well as poor quality of the knives, I would avoid!

Had to replace one of the covers which had a hole in..
But the new replacement was soon delivered, so all good now. very pleased with the covers and service.

My Son bought a set of knives for me. I was really excited to receive them. What I did not know at the time was how long it would be before they arrive. They came about 3weeks later.
They were fairly well packed with bubble wrap but they where just put in cardboard with a lot of sellotape.
no name on box,no paper work.I was very disappointed it all looked very poor and my Son had paid a lot of money for them. I was going to return them but had no reply to the email I sent.
What has really upset me on looking on Amazon he could have bought same knives for half the price. Delivery would have been quicken r

Terrible, having seen the reviews here I actually cancelled my order the day I ordered it. No acknowledgment, from either email or via website.
Then 2 weeks later sent an email saying that order was out for delivery.
contacted again asking for refund, no answer.
I have reported to trading standards, they are investigating company and advised me to contact action fraud which is a department within the police.
Do not use this company. If you have doubts this is taken from their website under the refund section: Wrong Item Delivered - If the item you received is an incorrect product (e.g. you ordered a bed but you received a mug) The issue must be reported within the warranty period.

Took longer than inspected to arrive definitely worth the wait fit my chairs like a dream look fab.

Received fake items. Company is unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem. I purchased a set of 5 Japanese knives and they are cheap fakes, not even branded and certainly not Japanese steel as have had them checked. The fact that they did not even dispatch them for 14 days is another issue but basically just one of incredibly poor service.

Terrible! I ordered cute black sandals with a bow and rhinestone. Received some cheap looking yellow slide on sandals along with a pair of socks. When I tried to get a refund through PayPal they offered me $8. I paid $33 with shipping. Never got a refund at all. And I waited over a month for the shipment.

Do not use. They send u rip-offs and you need to read the description of items/compare pictures to genuine branded sites very carefully. Wanted to buy a set of Paudin Japanese knives. Googled and saw these cheaper on this site- first mistake. Looked at description very similar to the Paudin site so bought. Arrived today and though very similar, are unbranded and not Japanese steel (appears laser printed effect?). Checked their small print for returns and they know what they are doing...they will not accept returns unless damaged and inform you to check description of items before buying carefully, including branding! When you go over the description and photos again, u of course notice these subtle differences. Of course you are not going to do this until you want to return the item and by then they have your money. Big lesson learnt!

Think very carefully before you use Pinkyshop. They have wasted my time and ignored emails. Also know that it’s impossible to actually speak to anyone. Customer service is abysmal. I ordered a “professional Japanese stainless steel knife set” priced at around £85. The order took weeks to arrive - not the end of the world but annoying. When they arrived, the blades were unbranded, blunt and with no block or wallet for storage. In short an big disappointment all round and not for me. No worries I thought, let’s get a return & refund sorted - simple, right? So I requested a return and refund by email. They replied asking for photos which I sent, then I heard nothing for weeks. I chased again and they emailed saying they hadn’t ever received the images. So I emailed the images again. More weeks pass with no response. Many many further chasing emails later - still no response. I tried to call the customer service number - the recorded menu advises for customer service you should email and they will reply within 48 hours. But in my experience that simply isn't true. I am frustrated and disgusted with this non-existent customer service.

The producta are not quite the same from the pictures.
The shoe sizes are accurate though.
The quality of the shoes is pretty low for the price. Specially the straps to clip the shoes feels like paperish (I could rip it with my fingers) got 3 different pairs all like that.
They say 12 days shipping it took over a month.

Like others on here, I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before losing my money to Pinkyshop. I ordered some light grey chair covers with a diamond texture. What I received were very dark grey covers with a square pattern. I emailed them straight away (their returns policy says you have to contact them within 5 days) and heard nothing. I emailed them again after a week or so. Nothing. I'm now trying to get my money back via my credit card provider.

I was interested in buying set of knives. I then an email every day for 3 days from them before actually placing an order. Funny they’re quick to pester customers for an order but ignore them when things go wrong. I Am still waiting for my knives and Knife block. They are ignoring my messages and phone calls. Have sent a report to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice. Think I might actually contact the local Leeds newspaper? Their own website says 1-3 business days for dispatch. I have been given 2 Royal Mail tracking numbers one for each product I purchased. But here’s the interesting thing, Royal Mail knows nothing about it and have no record of the numbers been scanned anywhere in their systems. This behaviour is bordering on Fraud. I will be contacting my credit card company for advice from them and if PinkyShop still refuse to contact me I will be seeking legal advice. If I had read these comments before I would have never shopped with them. AVOID this seller/business as it’s likely the positive comments are fraudulent based on all the other comments I’ve read about them

Should have read the reviews before ordering from them. This is obviously a scam. Order a Japanese knives set, received a "confirmation email" with a fake tracking number and now they are ghosting me. My fault I guess. The 5 stars I see on here are probably left by their employees so my advice : Avoid at all cost

I have received my dark grey chair covers today and I am very pleased with them. They fit well, look good and are a good quality. With thanks.
