Visiting Pinky Iron Doors was such a First Class experience! I already had my door design and order. I came to pay the invoice and realized what I was getting the second I walked into their showroom. It even smelled Amazing! A Family owned business, Very Classy and Quality Craftsmanship was Obvious. They have a crazy amount of inventory. Everything I ordered was in stock and I picked up the next day. My contractor was so impressed by the detailed instructions and ease of installing and said “I’m only buying Pinky’s doors and windows going forward!” These doors and windows are so solid and I’ll say it Perfect looking and even better Quality! Soo Happy with my purchase and experience with Pinky’s!

My review cannot do those door justice. The doors are impeccably built. Absolutely gorgeous and built like a tank while maintaining esthetics. Doors are worth every penny. They are so beautiful that i don’t even want to spoil the aesthetics with a smart lock. I have come up with a smart lock solution that works without changing the overall look.

The quality is exceptional. The customer service is outstanding. The door we purchased looks beautiful. I can't wait to replace all of our doors and windows with Pinky's.

Ordered this door online but it shipped from Southern California, great customer service and it actually arrived in two days. The door was installed by a local contractor who suggested Pinky's and it the door completely transformed our home. So much better than we expected. Great heavy duty quality and the glass doors open to light a breeze through and increase the view. Simply an awesome piece of art with great functionality.

The sales person, Ernie was very helpful in providing size information and sending me a quote. I live in Tucson, AZ. where the door was shipped. Elizabeth kept me informed on the delivery date and time which was delivered right on schedule. Thank you!

The doors were of good quality. Delivered within the quoted time. I spoke with them in person to get help building our dream doors. They sent me a draft with exactly what I needed. I verified with the builder who mentioned we needed a slightly different size to match the current plans. So I selected the same door we were quoted online and we adjusted the size. Black was the default color selected which was exactly what we wanted. When I placed the order, I sent the order confirmation to the rep I was dealing with to ensure what I ordered was what we had spoke about, minus the dimension change. The confirmation that came through was a typical generic email that order was placed and an order number. But nothing in regards to price or what I ordered. Apparently the other email went to spam which showed bronze as the color ordered. Even though the handle was correct in black. One would think this discrepancy would trigger someone to verify there wasn’t an issue from one to the other. Bronze door, black handle, when bronze was also listed in the handles as well. I don’t understand how the mix up happened, I do see where I could have caught it after they sent the email showing the bronze. However you would think for a 20k order there would be a customer service follow up walking through verifying the purchase. Thinking this you would be wrong. So I am stuck with a 20k door that also is a nice door I will have to have painted. I do not recommend using them, if you do hope you have no issues, as they will do nothing to remedy it.

I ordered a door that was not adequate for my state's cold temperatures and before shipping it they contacted me to ensure my choice. They saved me a HUGE headache and hundreds of dollars in shipping costs. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Thank you!!
