I would not recommend ordering from


I would not recommend ordering from Pinova Aesthetics. After purchasing 40 cartridges (around $2,000), we found the quality to be unacceptable. The cartridges appear dull, do not properly penetrate the skin, and fail to achieve basic clinical endpoints, making them ineffective for treatment.

One cartridge was also defective straight out of the box.

I attempted to contact the company using the email provided on the order receipt, but it was undeliverable. There is no clear or reliable way to reach their customer service, which is extremely concerning.

Due to the lack of response and inability to resolve the issue, I was forced to dispute the charge.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Great value
Products arrived quickly & price is great. My only negative comment is that the packaging was not protective and many of the boxes arrived damaged. This won't affect use of the product but it would be better to ship these in a box rather than an envelope. Will still buy again!
