A special mention to Tom and Mike – they both go above and beyond to offer the most personable service I have ever received. They’re approachable, responsive, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes a big difference. You genuinely feel like you’re in safe hands rather than just being treated as another client.

Joe at Pioneer Finance was brilliant from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and always available on the other end of the phone whenever I had a question.

From first enquiry on a Saturday, Joe managed to get everything approved and turned around so the car was paid out in under a week, ready for collection, an impressive turnaround.

What made it even better was that my situation wasn’t straightforward (new employer, and a recent university leaver), yet Joe still managed to secure me an extremely competitive rate. Couldn’t fault the service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pioneer Finance.
