Thank you for this, and I love that the questions themselves were useful to you.

That's something we hear more often than you'd expect. The assessment process moves fast and rarely gives people space to think, so it's often only when someone works through it properly, activity by activity, that the flaws in the original decision become obvious. Spotting those yourself puts you in a far stronger position going in.

Plenty of people have a strong case and lose simply because the argument isn't framed the way a tribunal needs to see it. That gap is the whole reason the service exists, so it's good to hear the letter closed it for you.
