Paid for express delivery 5 days ago snd still haven't received it
Really unreliable!

This company appears unreliable. I ordered on 18 February and paid for express delivery, but to date I’ve received no update on when my order will be delivered. My follow-up email was also ignored.
Any company that offers paid express delivery without clear timelines or customer communication should be avoided.

This is an absolute scam, not safe for children at all, very dangerous item, the straps wrap around the legs!
The reviews on trust pilot are AI generated and fake, should not be allowed to sell this item. When you want to return the item Pishuw give you and option where your are guaranteed to loose out the majority of your money, DO NOT BUY

Awful company to get hold of. Contacted as i hadn’t received my parcel even though paying for express delivery. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away from this company. Overpriced products and delivery is taking forever. I will ask for refund hope I will get it

An absolute must for a newborn. This product is the one thing I would absolutely recommend 100% It’s been invaluable for help with acid reflux. Put into the pram and into the cribb. Portable everywhere and goes from lounge to bedroom to bathroom for sleep and playtime.

Omg! Game changer for my newborn!
I use this product throughout the day to help with bub keeping feeds down after he has drunk his milk.

Also so good to have in the cot when I need to urgently put him down while my 18month old trying to get into everything! Haha

Honestly helps my baby so much, sleeps so well on it, whether it last 3 days or 3 months it’s definitely worth while, probably my best and most needed purchase during my baby shopping spree, I would 100% recommend

This was brilliant for helping my baby sleep soundly during the newborn stage . He slept so much better on it than he did laying flat, suffered with colic and reflux so made night time wake ups less stressful, he easily went back off to sleep after feeding whereas without it I was having to burp him for ages - this cut the burping down to half the time. Definitely recommend. It’s no longer needed now as he doesn’t have colic or reflux issues.

Very happy with this product, I recommend it to everyone who has small babies. They feel comfortable and safe! 100% satisfied!

Lifesaver with grandson with severe reflux and colic. Being able to keep him upright after a feed and knowing he was safely secure has taken all the worry out. Great product.

I’m pleased with the DreamCradle. My baby uses it comfortably, and I’ve noticed improved comfort during rest. Reflux is still present, but the product helps my baby settle more easily. Delivery was fast and excellent.

Super quick delivery. Quality product. And does exactly what it says. My baby was suffering not able to sleep longer than 2 hours at a time. Bringing bottles back up. First night she wasnt to sure. But second night she slept like a dream. She is 2 months out and now has he bedtime bottle around 9 and doesnt wake till between 4 and 5. Would 100% recommend

Premature baby born at 29 weeks with significant health problems and reflux being one of them! Waking up in night to hear my baby weighing 3lb weight choking on his sick! Most terrifying experience!! Since using this he’s had nights sick free! No more scary choking episodes! Been absolutely a god send! Had 7 premature babies and found this on baby 7! I highly recommend especially for premature baby’s!! Xx

I bought this for my first grandson because his mom had dreadful reflux and I didn’t want him to suffer. Unfortunately he was in nicu for a few weeks where he had reflux often. When he got home he was put on the mattress and he has had little to no reflux. As a newborn he only wakes for a feed unlike when he cried for hours in hospital. We love as well that it’s easier to check on him from bed because he’s slightly elevated, giving great peace of mind

Our 6-week-old daughter was really struggling to sleep on flat surfaces, both during the day and at night, and would rarely sleep for longer than 15-20 minutes at a time during the day. We’ve used the Dream Cradle for only a few days now and are already seeing a massive difference. She’s sleeping longer both day and night, and her reflux seems to have improved. It’s also easy to transfer her (with care) to the crib if she’s fallen asleep on the Dream Cradle in another room. Overall, we’re very happy so far. Wish we had heard about it earlier.

My child is sleeping better because of this and I don’t have to worry about her spitting up while sleeping. Can bring it anywhere and even use it in her pram.

This pillow has saved our sanity! Baby finally sleeps peacefully and seems really comfortable on it!
