Samuel was great, very accommodating with my needs.

Paid extra for 5 day recovery and took them twice as long and still didn't recover the data. Since I paid so much for this rush service and they took double the time (not the fact they were unable to recover the data) I asked for something back and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back, just email stating no many days later after I reached out multiple times.

The professional and friendly staff were great. Easy to do. Got everything done in less time! Wonderful people who do a great job! I can't say enough good things about them!

I am so thankful for PITS Data Recovery! They saved my little hobby business. All my files were on a flash drive and they were able to recover 100% all files! Eric was most helpful guiding me through the process.

I searched on Google for data recovery services and found the names of numerous companies; upon seeing PITS Data Recovery, I emailed them regarding my issue. I received a reply from them within a very short time. After exchanging emails and speaking with them—and feeling satisfied with the interaction—I personally took my hard drive directly to their Brooklyn office and handed it over to them for data recovery.

I earnestly requested them to recover and return my data as quickly as possible. Incredibly—yet truly—well before the expiration of our agreed-upon timeframe, and within a very short period, they successfully recovered my data; they then emailed me and asked me to verify it online, and upon checking, I found everything to be in order.

I am truly grateful for—and impressed by—their sincerity and service. I am especially grateful to Account Manager Samuel Atkins; he is truly a very sincere and friendly individual, and his assistance was truly memorable.

I have a small request for them: please consider how the cost of data recovery could be reduced a little further.

My experience was good. The account managers are PITS were extremely responsive and friendly. It took a few meetings to review everything but in the end all the data was restored.

These guys were fast, and recovered 100% of my data on a 2TB SSD!

I spoke with a real person from the U.S. The representative actually remembered me from a few months ago and the solution was extremely quick. They always updated me with information from a person that was up to speed on my particular situation and they were always respectful of my privacy and data privacy. If I ever have any tech problems that Pits can help with, I will most definitely seek their help again.

I was literally in tears of fear a few months ago when my main USB drive and both copies containing 12,000 documents I use daily in my personal injury legal practice failed and could not fit the USB port having the insert prongs crushed. All 3 copies somehow were squished. I sent the master copy to another big box store’s clean room and they told me the data could not be recovered. I knew that could t possibly be accurate and found PITS. Not only did they recover 100% of my data and made 3 USB drive copies that are 100% complete but they also did the job super fast and the entire process was very professional and friendly. PITS saved me from a career nightmare with lost data that I rely on to help every client I represent. I can’t thank them enough. these guys know what they're doing!! I was very nervous as I've never had to recover a hard drive before and had so many important personal files. (it felt a bit like finding a good daycare for your child!) They not only had great customer service over the phone, but were also a delight in person. They recovered all of my data and even included the new drive as a part of their service! Great company, great service!
