Ordered from them through Temu and was advised my order should arrive by the 15th of April at latest, as of the 15th of April my items haven’t even been shipped yet and so I’m over £200 down and starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. When I tried to message them I got an automated message saying they were busy and shipments were delayed, which is a joke to claim they haven’t gotten to my order nearly a week later and my messages to them since have been ignored. I definitely would NOT recommend this company and it’s a shame scammers like this exist in the hobby, shall be reporting them to Temu to hopefully kick them off the platform.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent experience with Pixelhub.
I ordered a sealed Charizard Ultra Premium Collection (UPC) that arrived missing the two promotional cards inside. I contacted customer support over a week ago. They replied only once, claiming it wasn’t their fault and offering a refund only after I returned the item. After thinking it over, I emailed them back to say I would keep the order even without the promos and asked them to leave everything as is. Since then, I’ve received no further updates or replies.
To make matters worse, my second order with Pixelhub still hasn’t been processed, even though I paid extra for faster delivery. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response whatsoever.
This complete lack of communication and accountability is very concerning. I expected much better service, especially after paying a premium for expedited shipping.

Bought two Yu Gi Oh Limit Over booster boxes. One The Rivals and one The Heros. I was a bit skeptical at first as I had not ordered or heard of this company before. Items arrived perfectly, packaged to prevent any damage in the mail. Very quick dispatch also. Am planning on buying a further two booster boxes.

I received my pokemon bundle WAY before they it was supposed to arrive which was amazing. The packs were sealed and not tampered with. Thank youuuu

Everything arrived perfect condition and arrived early. It was a gift for a friend so I have it to him once I received it as he's collecting the set. The only issue was I was given the ninja spinner set instead of the mega brave set that I had ordered. Other then that everything went smoothly but I'm still not sure if he likes the set.

Goods paid for but items not received, and no shipping information has been sent. I have contacted customer services three times with no response. I would strongly advise people not to spend their hard earned money with this company.

Update 10/02/26. After emailing with no response several times over a number of weeks, I resorted to raising an issue with my bank, and soon after that I did receive the goods and a refund. I do appreciate this, however, customer service and communication was non-existant, and it was only after making contact with my bank that this got resolved.

I messaged to ask about a order I had but the person I spoke to was very rude and then stopped replying completely. I had to jusy give up in the end and am not happy! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
