stream quality is top notch, customer service is responsive and helpful, i experience virtually no lag or down times, i only watch NHL but cant imagine other sports stream any different. Apparently just updated today for multiple way to cast to my TV which ive been struggling with so im excited to see that in action tonight ! Def worth the subscription!

I live in Scotland and had difficulties making payment however Pixelsports support solved problem by providing link to make payment. Great service and ;ive stream is usually top class.

Overall I have had a lot less issues then other streaming sites. There customer support is quick and the service they offer is a way better offer then any other sport streaming sites.

It worked after a while. We started watching the game then had streaming issues. It took 45 minutes to get things working well. We're watching the game tonight so we will see if there are any issues. We were happy with receiving a response from your team. Thanks.

Should say that we had just renewed with Pixel yesterday after a year away.

It works. When it doesnt at least they try to repaire it. There is always a quick respond.

When it works, it's fine. Front end is incompetent bozos. The most important part of business is getting PAID

UH, NO. NOT A PRAYER. BEEN TRYING OFF AND ON FOR 10 DAYS

I bought and paid for a subscription, but have never been able to access it. I have reached out to their chat, but am being ignored. No working phone number either. This is a total scam. Beware!

It says full refund within 30 days if not satisfied but when you apply the refund, they would make unreasonable excuses not to refund. Can you believe their payment gateway closed after 1 week when you subscribed? I don’t believe they have so many payment gateways to close from time to time and make it so difficult to refund. The only way they said is to use your bank account to get the refund? How could I know what they would do with my personal account information? Or the worst may happen is NO refund after you provide account information.

Site regularly has streaming issues where games will not play - they kick out error notices. When chatting on the "Theatre" chat, seems there are no moderators or tech support when multiple people are crying out "Can't Stream" or "No Streaming Service" for their games.

It's a cheap service and I guess you get what you pay for. Be prepared for headaches and frustration.

I have been looking for a solution that allows me to watch NFL games for my "home team" but I am way out of state (opposite coast). Pixelsport.tv seemed like just the thing... so I signed up for a one month test. It can't stream for more than a minute before it stops. No matter how often you restart, same behavior. I have a 800 MB wired connection. The "Support" tab goes to a broken website. While there is a "chat", I got what was obviously a stock response (we just fixed something try again).

One more thing... when you sign up and pay, it behaves for quite a LONG time like you haven't paid - that's quite disconcerting. Especially since payment goes to something weird "BRANDOO DIGITAL SOLUTI" the only Brandoo I found is located in Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland

4 days later and this site is still having technical issues and won't stream on any browser. Also still no link to SUPPORT! Did anyone see Pixelsport respond to my comment? Me either!

this site the games are not loading, there behind, they often dont load like every night there is always issues. i have to always ask if they are going to show the game cuz of the problems above than they fix it for a bit but cant ever get a full game. its total b.s they say dont worry it will work next time. it doesnt its the same every night!

The chat support is quick and effective. Great value and great service.

Great customer support! I ask them to change the feed so I can watch my home team announces, and within a few minutes, it's done!

PixelSport customer service is excellent. I had a few issues early this year and they were promptly addressed. They even gave me a week credit as I had missed a few games of my team. Above and beyond service. Although the feed has a minute or so lag...not a big deal. Great value for money spent.

This company has been more than fair. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly and with my best interest in heart.
