Beautiful jewelry, top-notch service.
The customer service at Pixie Wing is top-notch. They responded to my queries within hours, helped me retroactively add the sales code to an order I had placed without it, and were pleasant and helpful throughout. The package arrived before the expected date and was in excellent condition. The Vesta necklace itself is absolutely beautiful. I spent months debating whether it was worth spending the money: it was. My mother's and grandmother's rings look gorgeous on it. I have never been more pleased with a jewelry purchase.

Excellent customer service
Rog was very quick to help me replace my broken necklace. Not only was the necklace replaced without needing to return the previous one, but it ended up being upgraded from silver to gold plated. The customer service was amazing, and I can’t help but recommend pixie wing necklaces.

I love my pixie wing necklace, the charm and chain are both really sturdy, chain is adjustable and it’s just nice to be able to have my rings with me at work and not be worried il lose them when I go to the gym or climbing wall

True to their guarantee, great customer service
True to their guarantee, they replaced my husbands ring keeper when the chain broke, and were very generous in replacing mine when I accidentally damaged it trying to clean it and contacted them to ask about re-plating to restore it.

Items shipped from China
As expected as soon as I placed an order I received a shipping number indicating it is being dispatched from China.
No doubt the owner will reply to this review saying that "when the item is not available in stock locally it is shipped directly from the warehouse.". Quite frankly this is a limp excuse and I would rather they just say the item is out of stock rather than contributing to the growing climate crisis for a necklace.
This company appears to be nothing more than another clone website that ships worldwide from China. I have no problem with these existing but the deceit about it is why it is so hard to trust "small businesses". Let this be a lesson to others.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to see a 2 star rating, especially when it does not relate to the product itself, as we work very hard to offer a transparent and reliable experience.
To clarify, we do hold stock locally in the USA and Australia, and we had stock in the UK until a very busy November cleared most of it. When a particular style is not available locally, our system ships directly from our manufacturing warehouse so customers do not need to wait weeks for a restock. We understand this can be unexpected and we could have communicated it more clearly.
On the sustainability point, shipping one necklace directly vs shipping that same necklace to the UK in bulk has very little difference in carbon impact. Our jewellery is not produced in the UK, so it will always travel internationally at some stage. If someone wants the lowest possible environmental footprint, the only true solution is buying goods made locally with locally sourced materials, which is almost impossible for gold jewellery in the UK.
Sustainability is at the core of our business model. We choose durable, long lasting materials so customers buy once, not often. Over 95 percent of our packaging is reusable or recyclable, we ensure no surplus packaging ends up in landfill, we donate a portion of profits to charities, and we pay a living wage across our team. We also scrutinise our supply chain carefully rather than taking the low cost, fast fashion route.
We are a small business and we care deeply about doing things the right way. I am sorry that your experience fell short. If you would like us to look into your order specifically, we are more than happy to help.

Great customer service
My order initially arrived incorrect, which was disappointing, but the team handled the situation impressively. I reached out to customer service who addressed the issue quickly with a replacement. Great customer service. So far my partner is loving her new ring keeper. And I am sure I’ll love mine when it arrives.

Keeping my husband's ring close to my heart
After my husband passed away, I wanted a way to wear his ring and I didn't want to just wear it on a chain. I saw an ad for Pixie Wing on social media and I'm so pleased with my purchase and experience. The website is easy to shop, I love the Zenith style, it's the perfect size to hold my husband's ring and the size and length are perfect. Customer service is top notch as well!

If I could give more than five starts - I would. I have had the best experience from pixie wing. I experienced my package not arriving or delivered to the wrong adress because of the danish shipping company, and no complaints came from pixie wing. They sent a new package without hesitation and i have finally received my package. Im so greatful! I ordered the ring keepers necklaces and they are so beautiful. I cant wait to wear mine and give the other two as gifts! I highly recommend pixie wing and their products 💍

Delivery came quick and I love the ring keeper necklace. It even came with an extension chain so if I loan the necklace to my husband then he can also wear it, no worries.
My only worry is the chain breaking and I lose the ring. but that's a me-worrying issue as the quality looks and feels great.
