My experience with Pixtuner was extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about their subscription practices.
I asked to cancel my subscription by email on 22 February 2026 and again on 1 March 2026 because I never received any response. The website provides no clear cancellation policy, only a support email address that appears to be completely unresponsive.
I also cancelled the recurring payments twice, yet I later discovered that the subscription had been reactivated and another charge was processed anyway.
Only after several attempts was I finally able to cancel the subscription directly from the website. By that time, however, I had already been charged again.
Since the company ignored all my emails, I had no option but to contact my bank and open a dispute procedure.
A service that charges customers but does not respond to cancellation requests or support emails is highly problematic. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people think twice before subscribing.

I was sooooo stupid to try this Fraud. Don’t be so stupid as I was!

A complete scam, a business run by hackers. I received several charges even after canceling the free trial. It took me more than five emails to get them to stop charging me, but six months later, they continued with another charge this month.

Jeg prøvde en «gratis prøveperiode» og avsluttet abonnementet like fort. Nå 3 uker senere fikk jeg mail med «bekreftelse på vip abonnement» og er trekt 40$ fra kontoen.

Ich habe jetzt mehrere Wochen mit dem „Support“ geschrieben und die verstricken sich von einer in die nächste Lüge um nicht zurückzahlen zu müssen. Solltet ihr auch solch ein Problem haben ich habe es an einen Anwalt weiter gegeben und man kann eine Sammelklage machen. Es geht mir nicht um 40€ sondern um den Betrug !

Angebliche App ist nur eine Website! Keine Kündigung möglich! Zudem ist die Funktion gelinde gesagt "Schrott"!
