I'm a repeat customer. Granted, this was mainly back when de minimus exception applied for USA and there have been some changes made now that that's gone... including them making a whole additional site and getting a whole second office so that US customers would be less likely to have to abandon this hobby or have to go with another company making inferior products for reasons of customs expenses. I'm still giving Pixyls the best score possible. I also recommend joining their Discord server; it's incredibly camaraderie vibes even though we're scattered around the globe. I love the pixel art kits "pixyls", less sure where I stand on the layered multi-shape art "vexyls". But it's my primary at-home craft when it's too hot for working on my bigger fiber arts projects so that I don't get bored of always working in thread weight crochet cotton.

The products are amazing. So much fun to do! The stickers are great quality. But its not just the stickers or the themes that make Pixyls so great - its the team behind the names. A team that constantly wants to improve and listen to their clients to make their products exactly what we want. The Vexyls are my favorite. They're so beautiful to frame and hang! Customer service is also on point.

i've been a customer of pixyls for almost 2 years now and they've grown so much as a business in those 2 years. their products have always been great, and they continue to get better as time goes on. they work directly with artists to make their products and don't use AI which is honestly so hard to find nowadays. it's a fun craft that you can take with you anywhere without any mess. as long as pixyls continues to release products, i will continue to be a customer!

I first came across Pixyls through their Stardew Valley collaboration. I was hesitant at first but I placed an order, thinking this would be a one-time thing in order to get my hands on some Stardew themed items. However, I really enjoyed the process, which I was pleasantly surprised by as I don’t at all consider myself a crafty person!

I’ve since placed several orders; I find using Pixyls very relaxing, its mess free and it’s also been a fantastic way to reduce my screen time! They provide a free gift for new customers, which I found super helpful as it allowed me to get the hang of placing the stickers without the risk of messing up the items I’d ordered.

The team behind Pixyls are also fantastic! They’re always keen to hear customers’ feedback and ideas, and they are constantly improving with every launch! It’s also great to be able to support the artists that put so much love and hard work into every item they release. I am very glad I found this small business, as I now have a new hobby!

Amazing and beautiful products, have been ordering from them for a while now and have never been dissapointed. Every time I order a package, it is shipped within two days and gets delivered to me pretty quickly. I really have come to love these little stickers

The quality is premium, the designs are really creative, I have 3 big canvas, all the doll and landscape collection, the calendar and the monthly subscription. Its really a nice way to chill and is not as stressful as other mindful activities. Also the customer experience, mail, discord and instagram is amazing.

I found Pixyls in 2024 due to not having a PC (it was getting upgraded). At first, I ignored the ads on Instagram since... well, money, and I was freshly 18 that year. Eventually, though, I gave in since I started to get into diamond painting as well.

I haven't gone back.

I deal with a multitude of mental health issues - ranging from severe PTSD to dissociative disorders. I also deal with complicated grief that makes life extremely dull at times due to the loss of the loved ones. Needless to say, I really needed a new coping mechanism that didn't involve screens. I'm already visually impaired - I didn't want to further hurt my vision.
Having something like this has... potentially saved my life. Quite literally. There have been times when I have been so low, and the only thing I felt like doing was Pixyls, which allowed me to turn off my brain and not think about what was going on. I didn't have just the mental health issues at the time, too - I was in a bad situation with an ex, which just made it worse. But Pixyls brought me through the darkness of that time, and I am forever grateful.

And that's just about the product itself! I haven't even gotten to Rachel (the CEO) and the Pixyls team!
I will admit, I did find Rachel slightly intimidating at first, but that's normal. Over time, though, I've been able to be friendly with her, and I enjoy each interaction we have. She's EXTREMELY involved with the community - which isn't common these days!
Rachel has done me a lot of solids. I think very fondly of her, and I'm extremely proud of how far she's come with the company.

Regarding the team itself... from the artists to the support team, all of them are so kind and so talented! I had some issues with my deadname coming through and freaked out, so I emailed support and they got it taken care of! I was very relieved that the company isn't bigoted.

Overall, 5/5. Highly recommend. I still Pixyl to this day, even if it's not as much anymore. Pixyls has changed my life for the better and I couldn't be more grateful. Please give them a chance.

You will not regret it.

These are my current hyperfixation. I'm obsessed with any and all of the vexyl products especially. All of the art is from real artists, no AI bull-poo. Rachel and her team do a wonderful job of interacting with their customer base by polling interest on different products and seeking out suggestions for new ones. The customer support team does a great job of helping fix any order issues that arise (since it's unreasonable to assume there will never be any mistakes made). The only downside to these gems is my crying bank account 😅

My favourite craft! I love Pixyls - the quality is unmatched, they are so enjoyable to do, and the finished products are perfect. There is so much to choose from, they have frequent launches with new designs, and I can’t say enough good things about the quality. They are quick to package and ship orders and the customer service is excellent!! Highly recommend!

The stickers are super high quality. The craft is forgiving if you need to make adjustments. Customer service is fast to respond and eager to satisfy any issues, the minor one I once had. Selection is great and restocks happen often as well as new designs coming out regularly. Delivery is fast and everything is well packaged to protect the kits.

I've been buying from pixyls for well over a year and absolutely love it. Top tier sticker by number. No AI, all real artists. Great craft.

2 of my Best Friends bought me some Pixyls for my Birthday! One was some of the Stardew Valley Range which I love and the other is a custom canvas which I will cherish. I've had no issues with the product and love using the tweezers to stick the stickers on it's very efficient! Was quick shipping as well to the UK!

Really pleased with my order! I was advertised them on Facebook a few times and didn't buy for a bit since I'm in the UK but decided to take the plunge and glad I did. It took a couple of weeks to make it to me once it shipped (dispatch time was good!) but was worth the wait. Packaged in nice sturdy no-bend packaging.

I ordered one canvas, two sets of bookmarks and two applicators (to get me over the free shipping threshold, though a spare will be handy anyway). Everything is nice quality. Thick card, thick, quality stickers that don't tear, hold their shape and peel off the backing well. I completed my first bookmark today and found it just right, relaxing and satisfying. When I made small mistakes it was easy to correct them, the tips provided were very helpful and the finished bookmark looks so cute! I'm going to be saving these for days when I really need a nice calming distraction.

Beware of additional fees, you have to pay customs and it's no explain. Bad custom support

This craft has done wonders for my mental health, it’s a great feeling to come back from work and decompress while pixyling. Shipping is surprisingly fast coming from Canada and can be tracked every step of the way. The products are for crafters of all ages with their bigger sized “Bixyls” line for little hands. Say no to AI generated pixel art because Pixyls teams with more than 20 pixel artists to create stunning pieces. Pixyls also donates to PCOS and is woman owned 🩷

Pixyls is a woman-owned Canadian company. The customer service is always great, the community is wonderful, and the products (pixyls, vexyls & bixyls) are incredible. I've done each of the products several times, they never use AI and always work with artists. They even have an official collab with Stardew Valley! The quality is phenomenal, far better than any other sticker craft I've tried. Shipping is always fast within Canada.

Canadian based company, owner is super nice and just an awesome person. Get to talk to her a bit in the discord server there is for it. Been buying the pixyls product since June of this year, still getting more, they always have new products coming in, and amazing products sticking around. It's an amazing product! A great alternative to diamond dotting!

Absolutely beautiful quality products with results you can proudly display when you’ve finished them. Really picks up my mental health when I’m having a bad day. And almost no setup needed. Delivery time is very reasonable (I’m in the UK) and completely trackable. The pixyls customer support team are friendly and helpful and surprisingly quick with their communication considering it’s a small business. Have now placed around 6 orders and will be a customer for life. 🩷 if you’re thinking of buying, this is your sign.

Pixyls shipped my order quickly, and everything I ordered was there. I love how it was packaged, and they even hand wrote my name on the little thank you note inside which I thought was a nice touch. I really enjoy doing the activities, very therapeutic. I’d recommend it to anyone! Thank you!
