Excellent experience

I had a very good experience with Piyonna. The website is so easy to use, the ordering process smooth, and the products look exactly like the photos. The quality exceeded my expectations and the delivery was faster than expected. I was afraid that my order would arrive late but that didn't happen both times I ordered products. Customer support is also polite and helpful when I have any questions. Overall, a trustworthy online K-beauty store with great service — I would definitely order again.

The products are super cute, trendy, and the quality honestly surprised me in a good way. The shipping was smooth and the customer service was kind and helpful.

It stands out because it offers a wide range of items that are not easy to find in Europe, including many Korean brands that are still relatively unknown here but are extremely popular and viral in Korea.

The curation feels very on-trend, with products that are actively used and talked about in the Korean beauty scene rather than just mainstream global exports. It’s a great place to discover new skincare and beauty products that you don’t usually see in European stores.
