Garbage delivery service. Food sits for an hour waiting for the next driver. Arrives cold.

Unfortunately Pizza Pizza has gone from average to terrible at multiple locations that I've purchased pizzas either as walk-in or had them delivered I've noticed the passion is gone. Quality has diminished substantially from what was only average to start with I had an instance where I had ordered a pizza it was given to me missing one of the toppings and the counter staff told me that they could fix it by putting the topping in my pizza and putting it back in the oven that is a disgusting way of fixing it but it just shows you the lack of passion ability and care that is currently the case at Pizza Pizza locations

Needs to learn how to cut pizza and make it warm. MY slong is bigger and is only 2 inches.

Their website doesn't work, kept asking me for my address and wouldn't let me place an order. I called to complain and they couldn't care less. Just cut me off and sent me to an operator to place an order. Their pizza isn't that good to treat their customers like crap and get away with it. This company is complete garbage. Not sure what happened to pizza pizza they used to have some integrity and customer service standards now however it’s actually so horrible we were so mistreated by the alliston location I felt like calling the police they are horrible incompetent people and should be completely ashamed of themselves, tip for everyone don’t pay with cash because they can’t count pizza is horrible to if you actually receive it .

I've had an ongoing (over 1 year) issue with this companies HQ/management and a specific location: 3960 Grand Park Dr Unit 1, Mississauga, ON.

This is the worst location I've been to. It seems like the franchisee/owner doesn't even participate in the brand by serving food in plain brown paper bags and napkins without the logos. Oddly enough when they reheat the pizza it's still barely warm when they give it to you.

What's worse is the ignorant and unprofessional employee/manager Sonny who always wears a baseball hat backwards like he's some big deal - that needs to be fired, always makes us feel uncomfortable and treats us like we're there to steal from him (details below). We now refuse to go to that location if he still works there!

Ongoing issue: Pizza Pizza is a sponsor for the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs, and when fans are at a home game and certain team requirements are met, everyone in attendance at that game scans a QR code that is displayed on the jumbotron that gives the fans a free slice. The Grand Park location (specifically Sonny) always gives me and my family a hard time redeeming the free slice of pizza, making us feel like we're stealing from them.

He even went as far as questioning us if we even deserve the free slices because "we're not customers as he only sees us when we redeem the free slices in-store". Well Sonny, the reason you only see us in-store for the free slices is because they can ONLY be redeemed in-store, and as a customer, we ALWAYS order delivery! So accusing us that we're not customers is: 1) wrong. 2) irrelevant: it doesn't matter if we are or aren't, as fans in attendance at a game this company is a sponsor of, we are still entitled to a free slice! Sonny acts like the free slices come out of his paycheck!

Even worse, after multiple complaints to HQ, the district manager Mr. R. Mangat is impossible to reach, calls from a private number, and always says he'll "look into it and take care of the issue" A year later, nothing is resolved and the district manager won't even reply to his emails or give out his number for direct communications.

The time we've invested to deal with this ongoing issue, the lack of responses and/or actually fixing the issue has made it impossible to get any type of resolution, and for that reason me, my family, friends, relatives etc have all been made aware of these ongoing issues and we have all stopped being customers of Pizza Pizza. The poor management and franchisee experiences from this company is ridiculous.

I was a regular customer having pizza pizza every weeks for the last few years. Not so long ago it took 1h40 to get my food and it came cold, so obviously I complain. After 30 minutes on the phone they gave me a 8$ credit out of my 22$ dollars ord, I'm like fine. When I try to call again and use my credit they tell me no there's no credit under your name... never again

Online ordering system is flaky. I have desperately tried to order something and their site is useless. It can’t find me and doesn’t register my address when I enter it manually. A friend reminded me that this happened a few months ago too. In that much time you would think they fixed it. A waste of time.

Great service and too many options in dips . A must visit place in guelph for pizza.

Jeg bestilte en salat pizza og det var himlen. Jeg var lige kommet hjem fra arbejde og havde brug for en dejlig snasket og varm pizza, og det var lige præcis det jeg fik. Agurkerne var friske og deres oregano var fyldt med smag. Keep up the good pizza🤝🏽

If I could give them a zero, I would they didn’t deliver. Now they want to hold my money for five days and not refund me. This company is a scam.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ORDERED AN XL PIZZA AND TOLD THE DRIVER TO CALL WHEN HE IS IN THE LOBBY. I WENT DOWN WHEN HE CALLED AND WAITED HALF AN HOUR. NO PIZZA. I TOLD THEM AND THEY SAID TO ME IT NEVER HAPPENED. THE PRINCIPLE HERE IS PIZZA PIZZA PUTS THE BLAME ON THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALL MY INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO THEM. WOW

Disgusted. Wrong order. CSA claimed stupidity. Nothing was bagged, anyone could open the food and eat it or touch it - unsanitary. We threw it away. The actual “food” was a joke. Fries didn’t even go half way up box, cold, dried out we think gravy… minus zero rating and I think I’ll call to have them inspected. Nasty.

I've never encountered staff as bad as this one at 3171 Strandherd Dr., which is close to the Metro store. The pizza is the worst I've ever had.
I bought a big pizza with three toppings for approximately $20. I requested that half of it be served with cheese alone. When I questioned the proprietor about the quantity of topping present, I was met with an awful attitude. He is meant to put twice as many toppings on the other half as there is on the first, which is just cheese. In contrast, he reduced the customary quantity of the second half, which is immoral. This store is dishonest, and I will never buy anything from them.

I ordered a Pepperoni Panzerotti, with extra toppings instead of cooking it an extra couple minutes to compensate for the extra cheese & extra ingredients. It was taken out before the ingredients were properly blended through the cooking process. Instead I received a Panzerotti that was cold `in the middle when the outer edges were perfect. That was an epic fail of a meal Costing 30 dollars I would have been better off making a peanut butter & Jelly sandwich and saving 30 dollars. I normally have no problems with Pizzapizza. Tonight was a massive disappointment. I don't understand how Domino's food arrives so hot and Pizzapizza arrives so much colder.

Since when dose a $22 order become a $40 order , on their advertisement they offer 2 medium pizzas 4 toppings and 4 cans of coke for $22 when I placed my order sticking to the the deal with no extras the total price came to $40 , their explanation is its a total of 4 topping for both , Well the advertisement dose not say that, and they refused to rectify the issue I would give them -10 stars for this what they are doing is faults advertising and gouging , as a result I cancelled my order and will never order from them again

I ordered an extra large cheese pizza with special instructions that please don’t cut the pizza it was for my kids while I was at work but when I came in evening from work the pizza looked professional cut so I asked my kid she told me that when she went they cut the pizza and they said they forgot about instruction if she wait they can make her another one but my 12 year old dint wait and when later I called them to save 15 or 16 dollars they blamed my 12 year old daughter that she said to cut the pizza
