As a small business, this means a lot to us, I'm sorry to hear that you have received a large volume of promotional emails, as far as I'm aware we usually only send out a weekly newsletter, if you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you should no longer receive promotional emails from us.

Merci pour votre retour, toutes nos informations de pose et de livraison sont disponibles sur nos pages Livraison et FAQ du site. Comme vous avez passé votre commande auprès d'une société basée au Royaume-Uni, des frais de douane seront facturés. Les frais supplémentaires tels que les frais de douane ne sont pas ajoutés par nous, ils font partie du processus de passation d'une commande internationale et nous ne pouvons pas contrôler qui doit les payer. Nos pages de livraison indiquent clairement que les frais de douane ou les taxes doivent être payés par le destinataire et un lien vers cette page est disponible lors du paiement. Laisser un avis 1 étoile pour quelque chose qui est complètement hors de notre contrôle semble un peu injuste, en tant que petite entreprise, nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir la meilleure expérience à nos clients.

Thanks for your feedback, all of our postage and delivery information is available on the Delivery and FAQs pages on the website. As you placed your order from a UK based company, customs fees will be incurred. Additional fees such as customs fees are not added by us, they are part of the process of placing an international order and we cannot control who has to pay them. Our delivery pages clearly outline that customs fees or taxes are to be paid by the recipient and a link to this page is available at checkout. To leave a 1 star review for something that is completely out of our control feels a little unfair, as a small business we do our best to offer the best experience for our customers.

We are a UK based business, as you're located in France the order will incur customs fees and taxes, this is not something we can control. Our delivery informtion is outlined clearly on our delivery and FAQs pages which state that all additional fees are to be covered by the recipient. A link to this page is available at point of checkout, you can also hover over the '?' next to shipping fees and the same information is given at checkout. Customs fees are not added by us, they are part of the process of ordering items internationally and as a small business we do the best we can to offer great prices to our customers. To leave a 1 star review for something completely out of our hands seems a little unfair, all shipping information is readily available across our website.
