I’m extremely impressed with the damp diagnosis service from PJR Surveying. They identified the sources of water ingress with precision and used a moisture meter, thermal camera and drone to inspect the roof of my home. The inspection was comprehensive, professional and gave me complete clarity on the issues, along with clear recommendations on how to rectify the issues. A five star service from start to finish.

We have used PJR Surveying previously, and wouldn’t use anyone else now as they offer a reliable, excellent service from start to finish. I had a RICS level 3 building survey on our three storey property plus a cellar in Bexhill. I found Patrick very approachable and he phoned the following day to give a verbal summary of his findings and answered any questions and concerns about the properly I had. The report was very comprehensive including photos and the level detail was second to none. I would highly recommend.

You get a very thorough, comprehensive survey and excellent communications from Paula and Patrick with PJR. It’s reassuring too that Patrick is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor so all their work is regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The whole of the property is examined, even the roof with a drone if you like and you get a verbal report initially followed by a detailed written one. Highly recommended.
