AMAZING BAG AND SERVICE!
1 word: amazing! First of all, the communication is the best and kindest ive ever experienced. Lea and the plamexs team are always available and kindly answer any questions you have. Then the bag i ordered (a chanel diana flap bag) looked insanely beautiful and well taken care of. I am so happy with my purchase and i will order again very soon. 110% recommend!

This was my first time using Plamexs and I doubt it will be the last. I can honestly say they are the best reseller I’ve used. The customer service and communication was first class. I ordered a vintage Chanel and it has surpassed my expectations. Better than described I’m stunned and I’m so so happy. I’m in the UK and I received the bag within 2 days. Great online shop
It was my second purchase with Plamexs and I can only highly recommend this online shop. Overall GOOD
DHL said they attempted delivery but when I called they confirmed they actually didn't have time that day. PLAMXS was good but my experience with DHL isn't the best. The bag was beautiful but there was a lot more rubbing and scratches than seen in the photo

Very reliable company, smooth return process :)
Ordered a Chanel bag from their website, shipping was super fast via DHL Express (received in less than 2 days). The bag came beautifully with condition exactly as described. However, I was not so keen on the patent leather (just didn’t love it, not that it’s defective or anything) so I decided to return. Return process was super smooth, refund payment was fast, thanks to great customer service (praise to Lea from CS). Hopefully I’ll soon find something else I love from their website because I trust this shop and have enjoyed the whole shopping experience :)
