Fast service and great communication!

Plan B Logistics provided great service and really helped us out at short notice. Updated us throughout the collection to delivery.

Don always available and always willing with loads big and small. Thankfully he is himself large and able to handle pretty much anything! Reliable and highly recommended.

Exceptional Service!

Don was wonderful. Understanding, helpful, and kind, he really helped me with this difficult move (and was very understanding when I accidentally locked my phone into my flat!).

Our experience with Don was seamless from start to finish. He made our move to London such an efficient and smooth process. He was so helpful loading and unloading everything into the van and even helped do some small DIY bits in the new flat. We genuinely couldn’t have done the move without him.

Don was an absolute legend. A proud veteran of the British forces, he was more like family than just a driver. He didn’t just get us from point A to B, he gave us a mini tour of London along the way, making the move feel special rather than stressful.

He handled every pickup point without a single complaint, helped unpack and dismantle furniture, then repacked and even helped me set things up at the new place. His professionalism, patience, and good humour made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
