A great site. Got my game key instantly. Worth it

I was able to use the code in Steam and get the game. Just wish that they would accept paypal.

Refunds were available (didn't need it)
Instructions were clear
Price was good

it'd be nice if they include my local digital payment (Dana/Qris) to ease the payment process and it'll also makes people from my country more willing to use planetplay more

I just buy a game (monster hunter rise + sunbreak) in planetplay and the process is very easy and fast. First i have my second thoughts because it has small reviews online. i take the risk and just buy it but it worth it.

Ho acquistato 2 chiavi Steam da questo "sito", ma quando ho provato a riscattarle sul mio account Steam mi è apparso l'errore:
"Non disponibile.Siamo spiacenti, ma non è possibile acquistare in questo Paese. L'acquisto è stato annullato"
Ho quindi mandato un paio di email al loro efficientissimo servizio di assistenza, ma dopo oltre 24 ore non ho ricevuto risposta. Evidentemente, si tratta o di un sito truffa, oppure di gente che non sa MINIMAMENTE quello che fanno, rifilando agli sfortunati clienti chiavi non funzionanti.
Il mio consiglio? come da titolo di questa mia recensione, state lontani da questo "sito", rischiate solo di perdere i vostri soldi, come è successo a me, purtroppo.

AGGIORNAMENTO 1: affermano di avermi fornito chiavi funzionanti, ed un credito di 10$: assolutamente FALSO!!! Ho appena fatto il log-in sul loro sito, e non ho nè nuove chiavi funzionanti, nè credito....
AGGIORNAMENTO 2: Ho appena inviato la mia TERZA email a "helpATplanetplay.com" perché sto ancora aspettando le CHIAVI riscattabili nella mia regione, per le quali ho pagato 3 giorni fa. Ho ricevuto l'email dal vostro team di supporto, ma dice semplicemente:
"La buona notizia è che dovresti aver già ricevuto i tuoi codici, pronti per essere riscattati e nella regione corretta".
Ma, come ho detto prima, NON HO RICEVUTO NULLA!!!
AGGIORNAMENTO FINALE: Oggi, 5 Ottobre, mi sono state fornito chiavi funzionanti ed ho potuto riscattarle sul mio account Steam. Aggiorno dunque la mia valutazione su "PlanetPlay.com", portandola a 3 stelle: ci sono stati parecchi problemi di comunicazione con il servizio clienti, che spero che vengano risolti nel prossimo futuro, in modo tale da poter usufruire di un servizio di qualità migliore.

I purchased 2 Steam keys from this "site," but when I tried to redeem them on my Steam account, I received the following error:
"Not available. Sorry, but we're not able to purchase in this country. Your purchase has been canceled."
I then sent a couple of emails to their highly efficient customer service team, but after over 24 hours, I haven't received a response. Clearly, this is either a scam site, or someone who doesn't know WHAT they're doing, selling non-functioning keys to unfortunate customers.
My advice? As the title of this review suggests, stay away from this "site." You risk losing your money, as happened to me, unfortunately.

UPDATE 1: They claim to have provided me with working keys and a $10 credit: absolutely FALSE!!! I just logged into their site, and I have neither new working keys nor credit.
UPDATE 2: I just sent my THIRD email to "helpATplanetplay.com" as I'm still waiting for redeemable KEYS in my region, which I paid for 3 days ago.
I received the email from your support team, but it simply says:
"The good news is that you should have received your codes already, ready to be claimed and in the correct region"
But, as I said before, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!
FINAL UPDATE: Today, October 5th, I received working keys and was able to redeem them on my Steam account. I'm therefore updating my rating on PlanetPlay.com to 3 stars: there were several communication issues with customer service, which I hope will be resolved in the next future so we can enjoy a better quality of service.

I've been purchasing keys from here for for the past couple of years - I loved the idea of my games doing real good. I thought it was about time I left a review. They're always reliable - and very helpful on support on the occasion I had an question - would definitely recommend!

It feels good knowing that every purchase is helping the environment while I get to enjoy the games I love.

Got my keys, pretty fast, seems to be a young site and still updating features quite often, but legit as they were official partners of some of the publishers I checked. Good mission too, will keep an eye on them!

How funny it is that while they had a big 25% promo code they announced to bring in new customers, most of the popular and/or expensive games that would accept the promotion did not work. Always getting errors. But amazingly as soon as the promo code is no longer working those same games can be purchased just fine now. Maybe next time they will wait a bit longer so its not so obvious that they were refusing the games while still pretending the promotion would be good for everything.

Now for PlanetPlay, you can remove my review all you want to hide what a POS company you are. But I will keep this up and now you get to drag Trustpilot down with you. IF YOU DONT WANT BAD REVIEWS BECOME A BETTER COMPANY AND DONT LIE ABOUT YOUR PROMOS!!

I found out about this site from a friend, I like doing my bit for the planet and when I found out I could buy games and support eco projects I thought this was a great idea.

It looks like quite a new store so I imagine it will only get better over time, but I bought my first game, quickly received the code and got my game with no issues.

We need more initiative likes this and happy to support and buy more games from this team!
