Mohamed was very clear, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. He set my expectations early on in the project and event advised that my appeal may not actually be successful due to the specifics of my case and then advised what the next steps may be after this. Luckly the appeal was successful and we didn't need to take further action. I am very grateful Mohamed was able to help as it has taken away a lot of anxiety and stress from me.
