I have been DJing for about 10 years now, I started with a company that used an archaic system, when I opened my own company I went with Vibo. The minute I caught wind of Planning beats in the making I didn’t hesitate on backing the software and although it took longer than anticipated to start using it, it was worth the wait. It is truly a game changer for the DJ industry, when everyone was raising pricing planning beats came out with an all in one for a quarter of the price of just one software alone. The team has been more than helpful and quick to reply whenever it’s needed.

Planning beats really revolutionized and stream lined my DJ company and made things so much more affordable and easier.

What a CRM this is!! Planning beats has taken my DJ business to a whole new level in so many ways. From payments to playlists, even sending out professional digital brochures for clients to pick services and extras from. Honestly, this is an absolute game changer for anyone in the mobile DJ business.

I’ve never used a CRM before, so I was a little unsure at first, but Planning Beats has been incredibly user friendly from day one. The layout is intuitive, easy to navigate, and it didn’t take long at all for me to feel confident using it as part of my day-to-day workflow.

Since using the platform, organising weddings and events has become so much easier and far more efficient. It has streamlined everything from enquiries and planning to client communication and event management, saving me a huge amount of time and helping me stay on top of every booking.

The best bit about planning beats, is when you think they can’t bring anything else into the app, Dan and his team release a new feature that completely blows you away and improves your business. For instance the new Enquiry forms, brochures and automations will mean I will spend less time on my phone and more time with my family whilst planning beats takes care of my business behind-the-scenes.

Planning Beats has genuinely added significant value to my bookings and my business as a whole. It’s taken me from being "just another DJ" to giving clients that feeling of “wow, this DJ really knows what he’s doing.” The level of professionalism it creates throughout the whole client journey is on another level.

I’ve used other CRM systems before and, in comparison, they felt lacklustre — not particularly advanced and expensive for what they offered. Planning Beats is the complete opposite. It’s affordable, incredibly advanced, and simply an amazing tool not only for your clients, but also for yourself behind the scenes.

One of the biggest things for me has been the amount of prep time it cuts down. Everything is streamlined and organised in one place, which makes running the business so much easier and allows me to focus more on delivering an amazing experience rather than chasing admin.

The community surrounding it is also brilliant. The Facebook group is always active, there’s always people willing to help, and any issues or questions get resolved quickly. You never feel like you’re left figuring things out on your own.

For any DJ who is serious about growing and improving their business, Planning Beats is an absolute no-brainer. Easily the best CRM I’ve used so far.

Coming from spreadsheets and google forms, Planning Beats is in a world of it's own. I didn't think I needed a CRM because I wasn't busy enough but Planning Beats has made my life so easy! Admin is 10% of what it was before.

Now with automations in place, plus online active brochures. Turning leads into clients is so a breeze.

Plus the Set Ready software!!! Hooking into planning beats so you can match all your songs to your DJ library. Then actively at the gig, it'll tell you if you're about to play a must play or do not play. Then a golden "hidden gems" feature that suggests songs that might work which you haven't played in a while.

All this into a package as affordable as Planning Beats is... There is nothing, 100% NOTHING, on the market that offers all these features and ease of use.
