At the time you encountered these issues (December 2024), we were in the middle of scheduled maintenance and system upgrades. An appropriate error message was displayed during this period, but we completely understand the frustration this may have caused.

We also reached out and requested your account details so we could intervene and resolve the situation promptly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which limited our ability to assist further at that time.

We take all feedback seriously and have since made significant improvements to the platform’s stability and performance.
