Monika emailed me the pH meter didn't work. I asked what the problem was and I never received a reply. Then I gave her support and tips to perform 2 simple tests ( It takes 2 Min.) to see if the meter works properly. She never did the tests and wanted to send the meter back. It is our policy that the customer has to pay to send it back if the meter works properly and that we send a free return ticket if the meter doesn't work properly. For some reason Monika never did the tests I proposed, and now she is frustrated she has to pay for the return. Of course we would have reimbursed her after the receipt of the meter. Guido
