The app was simple to use. I got accurate results within seconds of uploading photos of the plant.

I love using this app. It helped me identify plants around my house that are dangerous for my dog.

I’ve only downloaded the app and I’m loving adding my plants and the functionality. Even though my plant is looking a little sickly the app is able to identify the plant first try when scanning the plant. The plant profiles are great as an guide and living in Australia, it registers that I’m in the southern hemisphere and adjusts the settings accordingly, I’ve tried many apps that don’t take this into consideration, needless to say they get deleted pretty quickly. Well done Team Plantin!! Thank you

This helped me take care of my plants and make them look a lot better. It tells me when my plants are sick and how to care for them. I love my plants and this help take better care of them

AVOID - This company is a SCAM.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial and cancelled on day 6, however then they started charging me their (entirely extortionate) £7.99 monthly fee the day after. When you look back at your Apple subscription the info there says it's only a 3 day free trial, which is different to the information shown to you when you sign up.

I'm now trying to get this refunded via their customer service. They take ages to reply and they're now saying it's Apple's fault and I need to get a refund from them instead, when they've deliberately misled you into signing up to their trial.

AVOID THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I downloaded this app then immediately cancelled the subscription. They still took a payment a month later. I emailed them showing them proof id cancelled the subscription. It took them 3 weeks to reply saying they accept it was cancelled and the payment shouldn’t have been taken but ‘they don’t have the technology to refund me ‘ absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Le plus inquiétant, c’est que ces paiements ne passent pas par Apple Pay, ce qui laisse penser que vos données bancaires ont été collectées ou piratées à votre insu.
Ils ne répondent à aucun e-mail, et la seule façon de stopper les prélèvements est de faire opposition à votre carte bancaire.
Fuyez cette application et signalez-la si vous avez été victime de la même chose.

This app really is a good app and it is life changing.

I took a photo of the plant I had never seen it was coming up with my bluebonnets and it identified it and gave ne picture much ckeared then I sent.

Absolute scam of a company… been debiting my account for 5 months. Don’t ever ever use this useless app.
They don’t respond to emails. Should be banned from Apple Store - have let them know as well. Disgrace
