Great app love the help it gives me with my plants

The app is wonderful but when you try to cancel that's bull. I'm not paying anybody to cancel a subscription that I'm tired of. I've paid it for 4 or 5 months. I don't use it and I want it canceled and to have to go through all these hoops. It's ridiculous.

Great! I like the lifetime subscription option, reason I chose this app over others.

Great app. I highly recommend it.

Ease of use and correct diagnosis

A long time ago I had this app and it was basically free. I’m cool as long as I am able to use basic. However, extra old school functionality would be nice.

Learning how to care for new plants that I have has helped me keep them healthy and learning knowledge with different plants and keeping them healthy

Terrible app. Worthless. All it does is identify the plants and was not able to identify a round zucchini. Said it was a pumpkin. And if you wanted more info it was more money. Said perfectly healthy plants were sick. I paid $30 for the year and got nothing. AI did a better job. Huge disappointment. Initially I thought the free trial didn’t include all the services which was why I signed up for the pay option. Turned out it continued to block me from care and diagnosis. And wanted more money. So deceptive.

For someone that doesn’t have a “green thumb”, this has been a lifesaver. Learning a bunch on how to keep my plants alive and thriving!

I was surprised it knew the plant I haven’t tried what was recommended yet though.
