I liked the idea of a self contained and relatively low maintenance live miniature world that easily fits in a small out of the way space. Yes it is a little expensive and I was leery about this being a fly by night shop but they stood by their guarantees when I had an issue with some items that were not as they should be. You'll have to be patient with shipping time as they're a small business that's had an overwhelming response for their product. Jennifer in particular at customer support was extremely helpful. If they can get the shipping kinks worked out I would have given 5 stars.

Not gonna lie I was nervous ordering something this delicate online. But it showed up perfect. Packaging was legit, layers of protection. The water falling feature is mesmerizing.

I ordered a terrarium and received only a jar and a rock... WHERE ARE THE PLANTS?? My bank is stopping payment!! This is not a trustworthy company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I was a little concerned about the packaging of the product. Given they are living plants, I was worried they would arrive in a rough condition. This was not the case. I could tell the item was packed with forethought and care.

I ordered a terrarium a few months ago and it showed up just as promised. Plants all healthy and thriving. A beautiful addition to our house. Just ordered another light and base for our fish Uncle Rico, he loves the one he shares with the plants.

Shipping took about 3 weeks but honestly worth the wait. The detail on the Zen Garden is unreal. Plants arrived green and healthy.

The shipping took a bit of time, but the support team was responsive and reassuring. Everything arrived in tact, alive and beautiful! It was intended for a gift, and they absolutely loved it!

Ordered 30 december, nothing, emailed 31 January, advised shipping shortly. 09 March, no update. No replies.

Plant arrived in good condition. A lot of care was put into packing for a safe travel. looks Great!

My first order the plant came from the box in great condition. We loved it so much I ordered an additional plant for a family members birthday gift. This time the plant unfortunately wasn’t in good shape. Jennifer from Plantpico followed up with me and I told her of my concern. I submitted a few pictures and a new plant is on its way! Excellent customer service and care! Will order again in the future.

Terrible service and cheap product not worth 10% of the price. Took months to get and received broken plants and cheap plastic pieces. They offered to send replacement plants and earth and after 2-3 months of waiting nothing was sent . Total Scam.

Got my terrarium and it came in packed, fine.Everything looked good in it.Set it up and everything seems to be working out well. When I emailed and asked a couple questions, they were emailed back very promptly and to my satisfaction I am looking to order another one in the near future.

A total scam! Order December 22,25 paying extra for expedited delivery. After I received a message from the USPS that the postage used by this company was counterfeit, I asked for a refund. No refund, an email from them after several from me, stating they would reissue and send a new tracking number. That was on Feb 6. It is March 3, and no communication and no product. I lost 287 dollars. AI scam

I was excited from the time I placed my order until it arrived, and it did not disappoint. The plants are gorgeous, the packaging was excellent, and everything matched the description perfectly. The glass globe and lighting create a truly artistic display. I would strongly recommend this to any plant lover.

The goods I received are of good standard and look amazing to view really appreciate the help and guidance I have received.

I paid $169 for the tiniest, peice of crap! It had 2 tin y plants in it and all decor was cheap plastic! Do not order from them!

The product came a few weeks after the expected date so totally missed the holiday it was intended for. By the time we unpacked it the plants were wilted and despite our best effort they eventually died. The customer service was useless offering a small discount if we were to order a new one. Don’t waste your money!

Received my plant, however still waiting on my led lamp base to arrive and it’s been almost 3 months now?? Very disappointed
