Placed an order that took ages to arrive, when it did it was incorrect. Contacted them straight away and have not had a response. It's been over a week and nothing.

Total scam!
Plantroops is a dropshipping company (based in Karachi, Pakistan)- using subcontractors they buy old stock using wholesale prices and then sell to the customers at the higher prices, so they make profit on the price difference. Subcontractors (like Gardeners Dream and Gardening Express in my case) ship to you something totally wrong. But you can't return the parcel for a refund, because you need the authorisation return number from Plantroops, which, surprise, you will never get! Great scam scheme! The have e-shops in UAE, Pakistan and UK
Don't feed scammers and AVOID this shop!
