cheap low quality stuff for too much money
The plastic pot was really cheap and the water reservoir very tiny. You need to fill in every other day. The moss pole was very light such as it could be break easily and not easy to put together, the plastic cleaps for vines are too big for medium plants vines to fill without going apart. Sorry did not like. It is expensive for what it is !!!

PlantScraper からの回答
Hi Noemi,
We're sorry to hear that our products didn't meet your expectations.
Our moss poles are intentionally designed to be lightweight while remaining durable and providing proper support for climbing plants. Regarding the water reservoir, how frequently it needs refilling depends on the plant and growing environment. We offer products that extend the capacity of the reservoir.
We're also sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the assembly and plant clips. However, we haven't been able to find any previous communication from you asking for assistance.
We offer customer support through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, and we take great pride in helping our customers, something that is fortunately reflected in many of our other reviews.
We would genuinely be happy to help you resolve these issues if you're open to giving us the opportunity.
Best regards,
The PlantScraper Team
