Quality product, fantastic service
The coving came quickly and of good quality. I provided dimensions of the room and they sent the right amount, along with advice on how to fit or of a fitter.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience and very surprised as well.
Considering the nature of our coving we do expect it to be delicate as it is made of gypsum plaster, that is why as soon as an order is placed we send an email containing care sheets full of advises and instructions for all levels of tradesman on how to handle such a delicate and fragile product.
I can assure you that our products are of a very high quality and on average they are 15 to 20% thicker than other products of the same nature. All the staff in our office is knowledgeable and trained to give advises on installation so please call us if you need any more help.

Very well done
Very well done. I thought the site worked well and customer reviews were very good. I ordered 2 ceiling roses. One of them had a small imperfection on it. PlasterCoving had no qualms delivering a replacement one and picking up the first one.
I am really pleased with their product AND customer service.

Arrived still wet and damaged slightly
The next day delivery service was mis leading. I did get an apology but when it arrived it was still wet and in fact is still drying more than a week later. Chipped on one edge when unwrapped it but couldn't be bothered to send it back as too much hassle etc so trying to dry it out and then my partner is going to repair as he is a painter and decorator by trade.

I am very sorry about your experience. If you had rang us we would have been able to rectify the problem.
Our roses are always next day delivery as we tend to make them and keep them in stock.
Unfortunately in your case we had just run out that same day you ordered.
The fact that your roses arrived still wet it is because it was freshly made and this is a sign of the high quality of our roses. It is absolutely fine to fit them while still wet. When our products are very dry we actually advise to wet them at the back as the adhesive sticks better.
As for the chip I am very sorry, that obviously happened during transportation.
But a simple phone call and we would have advised you on what to do and even replaced it straight away.
The replacement procedure for damaged products is not complicated. You just call us and we do all the rest.

Great product but crazy expensive delivery!
Wanted under 20m (minimum order though I was told this after placing the order) of coving and I was told I would have to pay double the delivery charge which was £80. Great selection and product quality but delivery charges mean I will look elsewhere next time.

Good morning,
I am very sorry you feel unhappy with our delivery charge but the reason why you were charged more than normal is because we agreed on sending an order of only 8 metres.
It is stated on our website on almost every page that a minimum of 20 metres is needed. We use our own van and trained drivers and we always try and keep the charge to a very low rate but in order to keep our fees so low we need to meet the 20 metres requirement.
I can see you have ordered several times so you must have been pleased with our products. We do pride ourselves on our great customer service and high quality products and we always take good care of all our customers so I hope you would re-consider your position and return to us as customer and use our great coving and roses again.
