Jason! thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, you fail to mention that you have owned the car for almost 10 months, you bought a 2013 plate astra vxr which is now 12 year old and you have carried out thousands of miles in the car. Timing chain was replaced by ourselves, your more than welcome to ring GSF merthyr and give the reg and they will confirm that a new timing chain was fitted to the vehicle. I dont understand how you can own a car for coming upto a year and then complain as you need to spend on it! ITS A SECOND HAND CAR, believe it or not i have to put tyres on my own car... Absolutely crazy... i thought tyres last forever.. as for the bumper, im pretty sure you would have noticed if it wasnt fitted correctly, its fitted on with a few clips either side, are you sure you havent scraped a speed bump or clipped a kerb as its so easy to cry wolf these days.
enough said jason, you cant please everyone.. but the amount of 5 star reviews we recieve tell a totally different story...
I wish you all the best....

Honestly can't thank all the team enough! I was so apprehensive about changing my car as I'd had it for so long but the team made the transition so stress free and was supportive all the way through the process. They also answered every question that I asked and even after I purchased my new car the team went above and beyond! Highly recommend this garage,
