garbage for that big price.

Voice clone nice, all other stuff is only errors and not working on most needed time.

Meta acquired play HT /play ai and have decided to screw all d existing long-term clients. I have my whole online learning portal using play.ht audio files and NOW - they are all inaccessible i.e. no audio in my lessons.
This is screwing with my business and income and my clients are very unhappy.
I have emailed them so many times no response. I can't access my files on their dashboard.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on META. YOU should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, MARK ZUCKERBURG - screwing with THE TINY INCOME a micro business like mine.

really bad customer service. on the website I saw text to speech in dutch languages. I bought a monthly subscription and then there where no dutch voices.. I emailed the customer service and did not get any response. very bad. DONT TAKE A SUBSCIPTION HERE!!!

I understand that subscription models are a core part of your business. However, the way the voice cloning feature was presented – where it appeared included, then turned greyed-out again unless I subscribed to an additional plan – feels deliberately misleading.

Their voice agent seems promising but their customer service is unbelievably bad. When you submit a support ticket they promise a response within 12 hours, but I have been waiting over a week with no response.

I’ve been unable to terminate my AI voice subscription with them despite multiple attempts to prevent it from auto-renewing. Every time I click “Cancel” I’m directed to contact support for cancellation. Unfortunately, my messages to support go unanswered. This left me no choice but to cancel my credit card to stop further charges.

Their customer service is terrible. This was a serious reason for me not to use them.

The product stays in calls with no conversation for up to 3 hours. Once I have cancled everything they kept on billing me. The support also ignores my messages. Stay away it seems to be a scam.
